The compressor runs great. I bought this to shoot orange peel texture in three rooms. The 5.1 scfm was plenty for the job so I was very pleased. I didn’t give it 5 stars because it is a bit on the heavy side and it has no wheels to move it around. But I do like that it’s compact. Don’t regret buying it.

Great little compressor, the weight is listed at 66 lbs but maybe due to the shape, it feels like 100 lbs. I use it indoors but with ear protection since its a loud little unit. I usually have it running in the hallway for flooring so its not right beside me. I wouldnt use it for large air tools but it works well for nail guns, flooring nailers, brad nailers, and roofing. I think it would struggle for impact guns Only note is make sure you drain it after every use, i leave the valves open for a few days and then closed for storage.

My worest experience on online shopping, it is late 1 week and never shipped and homedepot not agree to refund me as the seller created the shipping label but never ship the tracking show it is not delivered to shipping carrier only created shipping label, i will dispute

I did buy this about a month ago. The reason I chose this one was the recovery numbers. It delivers lots of pressure and when it kicks in, it recovers very quickly. Some mentioned in other reviews that it was not super quiet. I beg to differ. It is not as loud as some others. The last compressor I bought had a large capacity but was so loud I had to return it. I found I could drive about 8-10 3 1/4 framing nails before it had to start up to recover. I am happy with that.

would have given the fifth star only but i had to return the first one because the regulator would not work. the replacement compressor has been working very well so far

Quiet and plenty of power for DIY

Havent had it two years and motor died pluged it in and it drew so much current my lights almost went out says has a 3 year warenty but without recipt cant do nothining about it wont buy another also i used it very little run time is maybe 30 hours if you read reviews on this model its a comen thing

It’s hard to say since it didn’t come with an air hose. It’s like buying a car with no wheels. Useless since it can’t be used.

I purchased this for auto detailing because of the compact size and SCFM at 90psi...I used it a few times and it works great...very solid build on this compressor...it does indicate it's tanks are good for 10yrs...not sure if Ridgid will replace them free of charge..LOL

Very good compressor. Air never runs out. Most things run at 90 psi and this is the best one I’ve seen yet for it’s size.

Both compressors failed.. One failed within 2 months and the other one in less than a year. Both compressors have broken connecting rods.

This item was one of the few which would allow me to use my air impact tools. It is quiet compared to my last cheap compressor and fills up much faster.

used for the first time, found it quiet enough to run in the garage while I'm in it. Works well for the plasma cutter and it keeps up. I need 4.0 cf at 55 psi
