BLUF: I'm going to buy a different saw. Got this a couple of years ago and used it quite a bit. Biggest complaint is the fence won't clamp straight. Kept getting slightly off cuts on 4x12 subway tiles when I was cutting batches (like for a corner)...started trying to diagnose the problem and saw that when I clamped the fence it pulled the far end to the right by 1/8 of an inch or so. Tried to compensate and pull it straight using a bar clamp but that's cumbersome and frankly I shouldn't need to.

Will make a great tool box tool…. Meaning if you want a wet saw just to say you have one and never use it…. Well this is for you!

Water tray started leaking day 1, looks like a leak in the plastic below the blade, at first I thought the O-ring for the overflow plug, but the drip is coming from the back of the tray below the water line, may be damage or a defect in the plastic, but spare part prices for this plastic thing are not reasonable so if you can tolerate putting a drip catching tin under your saw it's a fine machine cuts like butter. There are stop-leak products available, if I do a larger project, maybe that's worth trying. A weak recommendation then, still using it.

This saw chips the surface of every ceramic or porcelain tile I cut. It often breaks a larger piece of tile off at the end of every cut, at least 90% of the time. No matter how slowly I push the tile, the same results. I tried cutting with the tile face down on table top. Same chipping, but now tile is marked with same gray metal like others have noted. I even bought a new blade, but with the same results. This tells me the saw design if flawed. I just ordered a tile cutter to replace this with.

This saw was easy to assemble and cuts 24” ceramic tile with no issue. Easy to clean with the drain plug. Well designed and I highly recommend.

I have used this saw 3 times to cut glass backs-plash and wall-splash in our kitchen. It has done an amazing job with the cuts. The only thing I don't like about the saw is the plug in the water bay does NOT seal off. I put a bit of oil on the o-ring before I installed the plug the second time I used the saw; it made a huge difference. The first time; water went everywhere. I liked the use of the saw and the fact that I can do beveled cuts. It's all I need. It is well worth the price!

Gave the saw a good test with a heavy porcelain tile. The saw did fine. Water spray was very limited. I thought I would find the adjustable right angle slide very useful but it is clumsy with the rail adjustment needing access. Overall I would purchase again for homeowner use.

Found this tile saw exactly what was needed for the kitchen tile job we had wanted to do ourselves. Performed reliable and consistent cuts as well as handle longer diagonal cuts with ease and consistency. Functioned well on various types of tiles and tile thicknesses. The saw is easy to assemble as well as clean when the project was completed. Plenty of power and considerably quieter than other tile saws used in the past. My opinion is this is perfect for any of the DIY projects that involve tile. Extremely pleased with this purchase.

This was bought as a gift for my brother-in-law to install glass tile backsplash in my house. He said it worked great.

Did a find job cutting subway tiles!

Straight guide doesn't stay on well

I've used this saw for 4hrs a day over 2 weeks. Overall, it's a good value. Know that the fence is limited to 10" Know that the blade guard must stay down to prevent spraying your face and lower with water. This can obstruct the view of the blade meeting the tile when the saw is on the floor. Best to have the saw raised at least 2' above floor. I frequently am on my knees laying floor tile and I prefer the saw in a position where I can minimize repeated standing up and back on my knees. (personal preference) On/Off switch is too small and difficult to quickly find if the saw is on a floor.. Fence is lockable at the operator end, but the end opposite is not and over time the fence will flex and become askew from the blade. Not very significant problem with shorter, narrower cuts. The overflow drain tube has friction fit rubber o-ring to hold the tube in the drain. This o-ring is subject to low life expectancy if you don't THOROUGHLY rinse tile sediment from the water reservoir before inserting the overflow drain tube. Very handy for smaller tiles less than 12" wide. Good value!

Works well for the job I am doing with ledger stone. Have to keep checking the blade and the blade cover for square but it’s not difficult.

cuts nice, quieter and less messy than more expensive units I have seen in operation.

I would give it no stars if I could. Returning it. I had a little skilsaw that was $40 cheaper and 10 times better. They should be ashamed selling this garbage.

Decent for the price. Guard does not prevent water splashing. Guard restricts view of cut. Blade chips tiles.

Works great, made the project so much easier to complete.

Guide is weak so cuts go off track. Measuring track is offsetted from your actual measurement. Chips at end of every cut and don't flip your tile upside down unless you like scratches on your tile surface. Tool is absolutely useless. Need to buy a wet tile saw with the saw overhead.
