Way too easily ripped. Too thin to provide any noise reduction. Clearly just a moisture barrier, but rips, when moving hardwood into place.

The paper was exactly as represented and was perfect for my project.

Worked well in ensuring smooth movement of 3/4” flooring into place. Need to walk lightly on it though, but I prefer this over red rosin paper.

It’s sturdy enough to handle. Goes down easy. Good underlayment if used for wood flooring over existing floor. Made the job much cleaner and easier. Covered a 15x15 kitchen with left over for a small 5x4 pantry. Good price.

Take this review with a grain or two of salt as I wanted to use this in a different way than underlayment. I wanted to use it to line trash cans rather than plastic, to help keep them cleaner as plastic does not degrade well in the environment. I also need to avoid using plastic bags around my place as I have a pet with pica who eats them. He's had surgery twice for this ($). The paper is pretty thin and can tear easily. I was hoping it was more sturdy. I'll need to wrap more layers to accomplish my intent. I had a chance to see some waxed food wrap and it would have been much better for the task.

disappoinyed with quality of the roll. I had to remove about 3 yards before I could use the role.plastic Cover was torn and roll was crumbled for several yards before I found a good section on roll. If it wasn't for the fact that I needed it I would have sent it back.

This is the second roll I am using under my new hardwood. I wouldn't want to install hardwood without it. It covers up the rough dried old floor sheathing so you can walk on it and move the boards around for installation better. A must! I wish a smaller roll were also available because I don't need so much to finish my job so I will have a lot extra with no more floors to do. Does someone want to buy the rest when I'm done?

We pulled up the carpet in our family room, dining room and formal living room to have hardwood floors installed. We currently have hardwoods and we knew they had an underlayment. Searched everywhere in stores but couldn't find what I needed. Saw this product online and it was exactly what I was looking for.
