For the most part, the bolts worked well. Unfortunately one broke off at the top when already set in, and there’s no getting it out. Fortunately there is some redundancy with the three other bolts.

Used to anchor dVault mailbox to concrete slab
I have a masonry business in Virginia Beach, VA. I had a client who wanted a brick surround for a dVault mailbox. I used these red head anchors to anchor the mailbox to the concrete footing before building the brick surround.

Bolt snapped in half while hand tightening
I bought a 10-pack of these and a 10-pack of the Cobra Parawedge 1/2" x 4.25" concrete anchors. On only the second bolt from this pack that I used, it broke cleanly while I was hand tightening it with a manual socket wrench. These bolts are not really 1/2". The shell that they are contained in is 1/2". If you're drilling 1/2" holes into your concrete to take these anchors, understand that the actual bolt inside the shell is 3/8". Only buy the Cobra Parawedge anchors - those worked great!

Used these to anchor a new wall to the cement slab in my garage. They were easy to install and hold the sole plate tight to the slab. I would buy these again should the need arise.

      they work great
Needed to anchor a wall to the foundation and these were perfect, drilled the hole and blew it out, hammered them in and tightened. All the sleeve anchors are holding great, none of them slip or loose.

I used these (overkill I know) to mount a 77” LG OLED TV into my Florida home walls. They are drywall on fitting strips over concrete block, so the 3” length helped assure me I was getting sufficient depth into the block. Had to drill out my Sanus TV mount holes slightly to about 7/16 to accept these anchors but installation was fairly easy. Used Milwaukee 1/2” x 6” 2-cutter SDS-PLUS carbide drill bits to drill 10 (yes, I used them all) the holes for the anchors using the template from the TV mount manufacturer. I then removed the washers and nuts from each anchor and inserted the anchors into the holes. Careful: some may slip too far into the wall. If this happens and you can’t get them out, do what I did and use a combination of a dental pick and magnet to hold them. I then placed the mount over the holes. Inevitably, the holes were perfectly aligned. Use a dental pick to push or pull the anchor bolts to one side to get the mount installed. Then, tighten and voila!

      Shears off too easily
Pay attention to the TORQUE, these (esp. the thinner/shorter ones, e.g. 5/16" x 1-1/2") shear off much too easily. LUBRICATE the threads before tightening if installing in hard concrete; back off after each turn when you feel resistance. If the threaded bolt DOES shear off, hammer the bolt part back into the hole just enough to expose the inside of the metal jacket; grab onto the neck of the jacket w/ a pair of needle-nosed pliers and wrestle it out, then also pull the threaded bolt out.

Good anchor but ... Drill end strips easily.
These bits are nice and easy to use but the end you screw in is made of super soft metal. Strips super easy. Difficult to keep a bit in.

Solid sleeve anchors that provide a good hold.
I installed two of these in cinder block wall (in the area of the block sidewalls and mortar and they held well. I drilled a 1/2" diameter hole and the fit was a bit tight, I would recommend a 9/16" bit, especially if you are screwing the bolt out more than an inch. I used these to secure an old 2x4 shelf bracket to the wall and they worked great.

          not good for taller posts
Used it for installing a shade sail on my backyard and it was a nightmare. 1- First of all, this product is hard to install for a novice home project guy like me. The hole should be perfect. If it's too tight, then you can't penetrate it fully and guess what? It's almost impossible (at least with the tools I had) to pull it out. So, you have to make another hole and use another anchor. 2- After having several failures, I made the hole a bit looser - which looks perfect. But after installation, with a couple of relatively heavy wind, it got out of the hole and the post (wooden post about 8') became very unstable. 3- even it was my fault, the instruction was extremely bad. I don't think even the picture is similar to the real product. Not happy at all.

The instruction on back say to hit head with hammer... do NOT do this this, the you ruin the threads and you will be waste all day thinking abou how to remove the nut and anchor. USE a piece of scrap wood opposite of a hammer when inserting it.

Over the years I've used several types of anchors to fasten heavy machinery to concrete floors and these 3/8"x3" Red Head anchors performed as good if not better than I had anticipated. I'm using these anchors to tie down the 2x4 construction to the cement floor in my basement. They adapt well to any inconsistencies in floor thickness. (e.g. perimeter areas that were re-poured during the waterproofing process.) Any excessive amount of threads remaining due to the floor thickness inconsistencies, I cut off using an oscillating tool. (I know, a bit of OCD going on here...) Anyway, I definitely recommend this product.

I needed to mount a wooden board on a block wall that was not concrete filled. Two of the three holes ended up in the hollow sections of the block wall, but the 3rd hole was solid block wall. Per the instructions I drilled the hole using a 3/8" masonry bit to a depth of 1-7/8 inches. The wood has a thickness of 1/4" so I did not need to drill an extra 1/4". I did use a small air compressor to blow out the concrete dust. I hammered the sleeve anchor into place and since it was going through a piece of wood I used a metal rod to make sure the anchor was in all the way. It took just 2-1/2 turns of the nut to lock the anchor into place. This worked out really well for me.
