Directions were horrible like a bad translation from Chinese or Japanese to English. Measurements for mounting were not in the instructions. It took me a while to mount the first one and the second one went quick using the measurements from mounting the first. Overall it turned out nice and worked good.

Incredibly difficult to install- no template and confusing instructions. Not DIY friendly!! Not going to buy another.

Not difficult to install. Hinges work well. Required a very short screwdriver due to installing in existing cabinet with sink already installed.

Excellent easy to install.

The hindges alone were worth the purchase...and with a little DYI skills one could use the draw as a pattern to r&r a wood one in it stead.

Reasonably easy to install. Just take your time and follow the instructions.

Second time I’ve bought these tip out drawers (kitchen/master bath) and I may come back for another set for the guest bath! Installation can be tricky working in a small space but well worth the effort. Great out of sight storage.

Great package -- all the parts, excellent template for mounting, clear instructions. Just one caution: The package includes two trays and four hinges. If you are installing the trays on two different face plates, you'll need one pair of hinges for each plate. If you're installing both trays on the same long plate against a frame with a center post, use only one pair of hinges or it will be hard to open against four springs.

Solved an old problem!

Overall I like the product and am glad I purchased it. However, for what it is, the price seems a little steap. As far as I know, this is the only company making these, though, so I guess they have a corner on the market and can charge whatever they want. Install was more difficult than I expected, but finally got both installed after about an hour. Wish the tray was wider to hold more items. I also wish they gave the option of choosing your trays. One is totally empty inside while the other has a "soap dish" and ring holder. I don't need those features so they just get in the way of usable space for me. Wish I could choose to have 2 empty-inside trays. So, overall I like them, but at the price and for the small size, I doubt I'll purchase anymore for my other bathrooms. I'll just have to keep looking to see if I can figure out a better option to utilize the "dead space" in front of sinks with faux drawer panels.

No templates included. Included instructions had diagrams (not to scale) with measurement units not indicated. You tube was much more valuable in understanding installation. I did contact Rev a Shelf with questions and they were very helpful.
