Went to my local Home Depot to ask questions regarding this water heater, Not one single employee in plumbing, Pro Desk, Customer service or a manager had answers. I cant believe they sell a product and know nothing about it. So i'm going to wing it and buy it. 90 days to return. Including the vent system and service thingy.

I works as advertised I love that it hangs on...
I works as advertised I love that it hangs on the wall like my boiler which gave me more room in the boiler room and I definitely didn't realize how much plummers cost.

Efficient, quiet with plenty of hot water.
Easy installation. Quiet operation. Efficient heating rather than a tank style water heater. Very pleased with it's operation. However, I did add a recirculating pump in order in order minimize wait time for hot water. It is not worth the extra cost plus the expense of electricity and gas. So stick with the Rheem as it is excellent all by itself.......

On the last stages of installation on this beauty..went with...
On the last stages of installation on this beauty..went with a full pipe installation so it took a bit more planning switching from a standard water heater....but treat it like a puzzle, map it out on paper...so you know what fittings to order and I made sure I had the best products in line to protect it and my piping. Have not yet got a chance to see changes in propane bill but I am excited to find out

Stay away
Had a Boush tankless for 12 years , never did a thing to it till it finally went out . Bought this junk and have had nothing but problems and headaches for 2 and a half years . Lighter went out then the heat sensors, then the mixing value. It has now stopped putting out hot water and I’m going back to a tank one because I’m so tired of the stress this has caused me . Real lemon , another thing I didn’t like it was loud when it came on not like the boush . Horrible wouldn’t recommend to anyone!!
