The rugs are soft and have a soft cush underfoot....
The rugs are soft and have a soft cush underfoot. I’d give it another star but the nap is inconsistent and makes the color vary too much.

This is a really nice rug. Vibrant colors. Feels nice on the feet. I also bought the 3x5 and they both are working great in our bathroom. Would have liked it to be a little thicker, but it's nice for the price.

We cannot get the rug to lay flat. It has been over a month. Please don’t roll them fold rugs in the future! We are happy with the rug except for this fact but too much trouble to return.

Hi there, packing and shipping may cause temporary creases in area rugs. To remove them back-roll/reverse roll your rug and allow time for the creases to relax. We also recommend that you refer to our video on how to remove creases - How to Remove Creases from Indoor-Outdoor Rugs. Just remember these creases are not permanent! We hope this information helps!

This rug exceeded my expectations! The color is pretty true to the photos. I purchased the thicker pad and couldn’t be happier. I followed directions and the few creases disappeared after a few days or so.

I was hoping for bolder colors. Compared to the photographs the colors are more muted, almost faded. For the price, the rug appears to be well made.

Seems faded
I was so excited to receive this rug… But once rolled out, it looks a lot lighter, basically faded, than the pictures. One corner has the vibrant teal blue color I loved in the pictures, but the rest of the rug looks super faded. Thinking about returning :(

OK for doormat but not a room
It’s okay for an interior doormat, but not for a room if you want a plusher, better looking rug. It did lay flat after I rolled it in the opposite direction for a while. It’s thin and cheap looking. Very disappointing for a Safavieh rug.

Beautiful area rug that was the perfect fit for our living room. It is not a thick/plush carpet, it is very flat, more flush to floor. I thought I might add a pad under it to make it feel thicker, but after living with it for a while, I think it is fine as is. I appreciated the fact that the colors in the picture turned out to be very accurate, since it was an online purchase.

I have this rug in a smaller size. When I moved to a bigger space I thought a bigger one would look good in my living room and used the smaller one under the kitchen table. I was thrilled to be able to find another one. It really pulled the room together. Very good quality and beautiful colors.
