i had my oven for leas than a year and upon using it on december 1st it promptly blew up. when i say blew up it left a hole in the medal where the electricity arched. i would avoid purchasing this expensive equipment at all cost.

Tried using the cleaning function for the ovens and now the ovens don’t work and I have to have service come out to fix. Brand new and breaks down on the first function, I wouldn’t recommend Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To be honest, I don't bake. My wife does. All I did was install it for her. She loves it I think. My food is never burned, so I like it too. My mom doesn't complain about the oven either. I don't know how it works, but its pretty easy for even me to turn on. It looks nice in our kitchen too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not use to using a conventional oven but I have learned to check my food faster. I was excited by color and design of the oven. The blue lights on the knobs and the black stainless steel makes for a nice touch of class. It has nice extras like the temperature probe, water reservoir and flex duo shelf which separates the upper oven and allows you cook in different temperatures. I can't wait for the holidays.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took a while to get use to the features but now I love this oven. The Smart things app allows me to check the oven when I'm not around. The water reservoir is a nice added touch when baking my famous banana bread it comes out really moist and I am always getting compliments on the blue lights . The best part for me is making wings, they come out nice and crispy without having to bread them and door alerts helps out a lot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have loved this oven so far. It is beautiful! The black stainless is a gorgeous color. The blue light that the knobs have when the oven is on is a nice touch. The touch screen makes it very easy to set the temperature and timers. There are several settings for the clock display, which makes it nice to be able to customize it to your liking, and have the clock displayed even when the oven is off. The roll out racks make it easy to get food in and out of the oven. They also lock in place so you can't pull them too far out. There has been only one con we've had so far, and is that I do wish the volume could be a tad louder. It's fine if you are working in the kitchen, but if you may not hear your timer going off if you are in another room. The low volume on the timer is the only reason I dropped it from five to four stars. All in all I give this product two thumbs up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1st thing, this oven is great and more than we could ask for. It performs outstanding with every dish tried so far. The convection setting is the most useful for me, it warms and cooks very quick. My wife says her favorite feature is the increased capacity in comparison to our old one. Even though it is within the same footprint, it seems to be about 20 -30% larger inside. It has saved her time being able to prepare multiple dishes at one time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely impressed with the quality and functionality of this double oven. It saved me so much time cooking Thanksgiving dinner. The top ove. Has a smart separation board that allows you to have two different cooking temperatures in the top oven then a third in the bottom oven. It has all sorts of fancy features. Delay cooking , I am also able to set a timer so the oven turns off. It is wifi capable and very convenient. I would definitely received this.

We purchased all Samsung appliances for our house 3 years ago. Which 6 months of it was in construction so that we could have the cabinets specially made. The double oven is now locked after the self clean and power doesn't turn on. Customer service is a joke with a 1 yr warranty, and service people not having a clue how to open it. I would suggest that you run as soon as you see the Samsung label at this point. For a $3000 oven that is built into a custom cabinet I would not recommend. Samsung was supposed to set up a service call and when I called their service agency they did not know anything about it.

i have to have matching appliances and was deciding between bosch, whirlpool and samsung. absolutely love our samsung kitchen! the oven is attractive and extremely functional. haven't used the steam cook or flex duo yet, but looking forward to trying them out. only complaint is that i can't keep it connected in smart things unless the oven is in use. worked great for thanksgiving!

i purchased this oven a little over two years ago. while running the self cleaning cycle the oven died and stopped responding. blank screen and doors locked. i had a repair guy come out who said this is a common problem and that the self cleaning cycle gets it to hot and they easily break!!! he looked up all the parts that need repaired and its going to cost half the price of the oven!!! not a happy customer here!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently I had this oven installed and it has already been the best oven I have ever used. The touch screen is easy to use yet powerful. I can control the oven from anywhere using the Smart Things app, which is a huge bonus for me as I live in a casita and the oven is in the main house. I can open the app, start the oven and get notified when it is at temperature, saving me time. The Smart Divider effectively splits the upper oven into 2 giving us 3 ovens! With fans in both browning becomes an art and let me tell you, this thing pumps out perfectly cooked pizza rolls in about 9 minutes! The built-in water tray adds a level of functionality I wasn't aware existed, being great for proofing dough. I am totally satisfied with this dual oven and cannot recommend it enough.

I was SO looking forward to my first double oven. Did lots of research read tons of reviews and wanted to love this. HOWEVER after 2 years of baking, roasting & cooking - I can not honestly recommend this. It does wifi updates in the middle of the day when I'm trying to bake or roast. I love the convection options & the steam bake & the proofing cycle. But as of today, we can't get it to turn off. We had to do a factory reset :( It has many useful features, if it would only update after midnight and turn off when the knob says off but the display says its still 350 degrees. and the Water Reservoir keeps wanting to be emptied when there's no water in the tank :( Very disappointing for a very expensive double electric wall oven! Of course it's out of warranty now. So whatever the problem is, we have to pay for the diagnostic & the repair. Which will probably take a month to get parts. And its the week before Thanksgiving 2020. Samsung, surely, you can do better....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love using my Samsung oven! I do not use any of the fancy settings, but the oven does every single thing I have wanted it to do and more. I don’t use the WiFi or steam but I might try it later. It was pretty intimidating at first all of the features but now I am kind of used to it. I like that it does heat up in a reasonable amount of time, and my food is always fully cooked at the right times and temperatures. Nothing has burned anytime I used it so I know everything is in perfect order. I really love that I can bake multiple dishes at once. It really is so useful when I am making food for events and get togethers. I love my new oven and I can’t wait to try new recipes and use the rest of the features that I haven’t gotten to yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are happy to have the Samsung NV51K7770DG Double Oven installed in our house. After three weeks of using it I am still finding new features to like. We cook all the time and have parties often. The Flex-Duo feature is definitely one of our favorite features. The ability to use convection on both halves of the upper double oven makes baking a breeze. Working through the menus took a bit of time but everything is laid out well. As an avid baker I carefully calibrated the oven with a digital oven thermometer and was pleased to find that after being on for 45 minutes the oven variance between actual temperature and displayed temperature is was only 3 degrees. Via the settings I was able to adjust the oven variance and now the temperature is spot on. This makes a huge difference and is peace of mind when baking finicky desserts like souffles. Having the ability to steam bake has been a game changer when baking breads and I’m exploring steam roasting. We enjoyed a deliciously moist leg of lamb that could have turned out dry but due to the steam was perfect. The wifi option has been good so far. The ability to check temperature from afar is neat. I've run errands while braising dishes and like that I can turn down the oven when necessary. I've yet to use the self clean function, but am sure like everything else Samsung it will work great. No complaints so far! I’ve been recommending Samsung ovens to everyone I know.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my Samsung NV51K7770 installed for a little over a week now and it has been amazing to use. As of late I've been baking a lot of bread and having the steam oven feature has been huge. I've been able to make sourdough and rye that rivals a good French bakery. The look of the oven is great, having a large display and fully lit control knobs are features that give it the look of quality. Pros so far: The steam - see above Using the partition to create a 3rd oven - this has already proved itself helpful when baking a large meal The meat probe - if used correctly you should never overcook a roast again Sliding racks - these are perfect for one handed swapping of trays of cookies or checking the status of a roast Cons: I wish the timer was louder - can't seem to find a setting to increase the volume The clock display goes dark after an hour - again I can't find a setting to keep this one all the time Overall, I'm still discovering features and each time I turn it on I find something new that amazes me. As time goes on I am excited to use more of the innovate features. I have just stared using the "healthy cook" and "gourmet cook" features and have been impressed so far. I recommend this double oven because it's well built and offers a lot of features for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m so excited about this beautiful and elegant double oven. I love how the knobs have a blue glow to them. I was able to bake some cookies and roast chicken in my new range. I like how the WiFi app lets me know when food is ready and how I can turn the range on and off from my phone. It also has steam cooking so you can bake ,broil and roast and leaves your food tender. Another great feature is the safety lock, in case you have little ones. With that said it also has fingerprint resistant and Reduces smudges.Also, the baking racks are sweet to bake cookies on. I definitely recommend this beautiful double oven and plan on baking a lot more with it.

This oven is gorgeous and full of features and matches my really great Samsung gas cooktop. The problem is it does not work at all properly. I have done extensive testing and I am a digital expert. Below I will describe the 5 most formidable problems. I did have a service call through Samsung and the repair folks replaced both circuit boards, the oven still has the same exact problems. 1. The pre heat function alerts pre heat has completed 50 to 70 degrees before the oven has reached the target temperature depending on what temperature you set. It can take from 15 to 30 more minutes to reach the target temperature. This means you have to use a temperature probe to know when the oven is pre heated. That is plainly unacceptable. 2. The thermostat needed adjustment to reach the proper temperature. At a 350 degree setting that is -23 degrees, at 450 degrees the adjustment is -33 degrees to reach the target temperature. Since the bottom oven is acting exactly as the upper, you can not cook in both ovens at different temperatures, let alone dividing the upper oven into 2 parts. It would require a setting to adjust the thermostat for each oven which the oven does not have and would require adjusting the thermostat setting every time you cook. Again, this in and of itself is unacceptable. 3. Once the oven reaches the target temperature the temperature in the oven varies 12 to 14 degrees over a 12 minute cycle. In some cases that's a half of a baking recipe. Samsung says that feature is to save me money and things do not cook properly. I do not want my oven to save me money I want it to cook my food properly. Unacceptable. 4. Opening the oven drops the internal temperature on average 25 degrees, OK. But, it then takes the oven up to 10 minutes to come back up to the target temperature. Again, this can be 1/2 of a simple bake recipe. The food does not cook right. Unacceptable for cooking anything. 5. I can not cook anything correctly. Things I have been cooking for 50 years do not cook properly no matter what I do and I am tired of making adjustments during cooking to try to get it to cook properly. Even the simplest of recipes do not cook properly like, frozen pizza, muffins, corn bread or frozen dinners like lasagna. Totally unacceptable. I have done 16 tests with a professional thermistor type digital temperature probe. I have spent 50+ hours testing, and I'm done with this. Lot's of food has been wasted, not to mention my time and electricity to do all the testing. I haven't even gotten past "bake" yet to test or use any of the other features. I find through investigation that 10% of reviewers find these problems with their oven and it never gets fixed through repair. Since 58% of reviewers give it 5 stars and rave about the oven I will assume at this point that some of them do work properly. I am going to try to get this oven replaced with a new one and see what happens. I will come back to this post and provide an update.

The lights are wonderful to see the food cook and the blue interior is so pretty to just look at. Overall I am very happy with the dual oven!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bout this two years ago, this oven is great. Very large, lots of options, we use it all the time. Only thing we don’t like is the timer you have to double confirm and sometimes we forget to hit start the last time so it never begins counting. But really that is our fault and not the ovens, would definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] these ovens take a long time to come up to full selected temperature. if i set it for 350 degrees, the pre-heat cycle will run for about 5 minutes and sound a chime indicating that pre-heating is finished; but the oven's internal temperature is still way below 350. i find i need to let it preheat for 10-15 minutes at 350 before it will brown cookies or other baked goods. i contacted samsung and they insist everything is correct with the oven. i also don't like the design of the gliding racks. they have a hump that makes it hard to slide baking pans onto the rack. finally, as many others have commented, the clock will only display for a few minutes before it goes blank and there is no setting to change this.
