[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As always Samsung makes great looking appliances. I was very excited to put this oven to use as we were hosting a family dinner. The pros were the soft close door, the blue LED lights, and the ability for the oven to maintain two different temperatures (Flex Duo). The Flex Duo allowed me to roast a chicken and bake a pineapple upside down simultaneously. It saved me so much time and trouble by allowing me to bake two dishes at once. The only con I found was that I had trouble with wi-fi connectivity. For me, it wasn't a big deal at all, but an added plus that would come in handy. All in all I am very pleased with this appliance and would recommend it to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy using the Wall Oven with all of its features. The WiFi keeps me connected when I am away. Temperature of the oven was outstanding. It was also cool from the outside as the oven was running. I used a Dutch Oven on numerous occasions and the meals came out great. When first learning the oven I had to adjust to the temperature because the previous oven was off. After a couple times it was so easy. When using the Gourmet feature I was able to follow the instructions on the display and the meals came out great. I am very impressed with with this oven!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my Samsung double wall oven just before Thanksgiving this year. You know how hard it is to juggle turkey, lasagne, stuffing,beans,yams, pies and everything else we prepare for our families on thanksgiving so we have a fabulous family dinner. It was always so hard to time everything so it would be ready and hot at the same time. Well this oven does it all. Two huge oven spaces, you can cook in one or both, each has a separate control panel so it’s easy to figure out. It has so many bells and whistles that I’m looking forward to cooking and baking Christmas dinner. I never thought I would say that.

I love the Flex Duo and use it all the time. But it’s finicky, often resets the temperature, and doesn’t allow some important features, such as cooking with a temperature probe. What makes me dislike this oven so much though is that it is billed as a ‘smart oven’. Well, good luck trying to get it to connect to the internet! I’ve tried for about a year and a half now, through multiple app upgrades, WiFi connection settings and a call to customer support. We have the same issues with our ‘smart’ Samsung dishwasher and Samsung refrigerator with Family Hub. Save your money and get an appliance suite without the gimmicks. They’re expensive and pretty much useless.

I saw a lot of the reviews, but I haven't had any issues described by others. The only issues I have found is that the WI-Fi connectivity currently only works with the older Smart Home App (Not SmartThings), but that should be changing in the near future. Other than that, the controls have worked great, the Flex Duo feature is fantastic (it's 3 ovens in one!). My only 2 suggestions are: 1. I wish I could get the clock to stay on for more than 1 hour. I know it's power saving, but it would be great if it could be 3 hours, or have a sensor so it knows when someone is in the kitchen. 2. The timer alarm is pretty quiet and there doesn't seem to be a way to make it louder.

We have had someone out twice to look at our oven . In the write up it says white noise, it is not it is very loud and is very annoying every time i cook.

Sure, it looks pretty. But if you want an oven that works, find something else. I paid $3,500 for a double wall oven that doesnt heat up! Samsung cant find anyone to service it and they wont take it back. Its been over a week and still nothing. Complete TRASH SERVICE.

very disappointed with this oven and am returning it. Am a serious baker--for decades--and none of my time-tested recipes have been successful. On the bake setting (not bake with convection), the oven seems to be a semi-convection and the air circulation, which I think is intended to keep the temperature at a constant temperature, has the result of overcooking the outside of everything. Have tried adjusting temperature and time, with no consistent results. A smaller but irritating issue is that the oven's relay clicks constantly, both as it is preheating and during use. Up to 60 clicks in a few minutes. Might not bother most people but if you are sensitive to such noises, it's a nightmare. Had a repair person come examine and it's not a defect in my oven--this is the way it's designed. As long as I am being critical, the timer feature is over-engineered--you have to push three different buttons to get the timing going. A shame because the oven has many wonderful features--very aesthetically appealing, large capacity, large glass doors, and much more. I am so disappointed to send it back but since I am a baker, I can't live with results.

What you get for the price is awesome, although samsung first gens are scary. Also note, the ovens steam feature is really high humidity. If you're expecting this to be a stream oven you'll be let down

I have owned this model for a week and the first time I used the STEAM ASSIST it doesn't work. No visible steam, not even a droplet of water in the oven. A lot of money for an oven that doesn't work properly. I really wanted a steam oven but do not recommend this product or Samsung customer service. Anne

Clock doesn't stay up. Entire screen turns off after 5m. Appears broken. Samsung told me "the clock isnt' supposed to stay on". Who wants a clock that turns off? Friends asked when my oven was getting turned on. I said it was but you have to go touch the screen. They were laughing that a $3500 oven doesn't come with a clock that stays on! The unused state literally looks like an oven that is not hooked up.

Liked the feature set so I bought it. Day 1 first power on then checking controls screen blanks out nothing working. (should have known at that point...) reset breaker came back on. Seemed to be working but not quite right, things took longer than normal to cook. One day I put in some chicken set it to 425 waited for the oven to preheat, put in the chicken set timer for 20 minutes. Timer goes off chicken not cooked. Get out my calibrated Fluke 52 II and checked the oven it was 305 not 425 like the oven said it was. turned it to convection and it said 305 hmmmm. The other issue is the electronics cooling fan vibrates so bad I can hear it in the living room! Awful menus just to set the timer; touch set time, touch the timer to set, touch each digit twice to get keypad, select digits, do the same 3 times, touch set time, then touch start! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?????

I recently purchased 2 new Samsung refrigerators and dishwashers, in addition to this oven and I am most excited about this oven. This is the best oven I have ever purchased. Everything I have cooked has turned out great, nice and browned. I do a lot of weekend cooking for the week and had the opportunity to use the dual temperatures in the top oven and it was awesome - totally cutting down my cooking time. I would caution that the dimensions on the site relative to the cutout were incorrect. When the oven arrived, we had to do some major rework of our opening in the cabinet so this would fit.
