Malfunctions
Don’t buy it has a malfunction after about two years where the vent turns on automatically and also the number 7 pops up and today 7777 popes up I left food in microwave and it started on its own and almost started a fire in my house I don’t know if Samsung has a recall for this issue but this needs to be addressed

disappointed in performance on first use
Unit came with internal damage we did not see. We installed and after trying to use it heard loud noises. After calling in the warrenty to fix it they came and said its home depots fault rather than fixing a brand new machine. So now i need to try and return after we installed. What a mess and headaache with no one taking responsibility.

Samsung horrible customer service
BUYER BEWARE! Never buy a Samsung product ever! Their customer service is the worst. We bought the entire Bepoke Kitchen Appliance Package in white, they sent the fridge and dishwasher in grey instead. We called them right away about it but their computer system associated the fridge and dishwasher serial numbers to white products and refused to switch out the panels to the proper colors for us.
We sent pictures, multiple emails and phone calls but no help at all. Horrible company, do not buy.

Trash quality
Microwave lasted 2.5 years. My old Frigidaire lasted me 10 years. Samsung quality is disappointed I hope they start focusing on appliance quality or stick to electronics and get out of the game. I tried to fix it and the part cost upwards of 300 dollars more than the oven itself. Basically it’s disposable appliances stay away from this oven.

JUNK!!!
I would give it a zero if I could. Keeps beeping when nothing touches it and we are in the other room. Now the popcorn sensor doesn’t work. Microwave is barely over 2 yrs old. JUNK

Beautiful, sleek, modern design
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the Bespoke white glass microwave about a month ago during our kitchen makeover. It is a beautiful, modern addition to our decor. Very sleek design.
The only surprising thing we found is that the control panel doesn’t light up. The panel is only visible from up close, which makes the front pretty black glas with a white rim. We have the matching stove, and that control panel lights up as soon as you touch it.

Not a good look for Samsung
When I first purchased this microwave I was so happy, it looked great, updated look & technology, priced reasonably. And then, it would randomly cut off and then it would come back on eventually? But now it turns on but it wont heat our food

Sleek Looking Product
Nice microwave, excellent price. Relatively easy to install. Would have preferred sturdier drilling templates, but with enough tape it was managable. Would recommend two pairs of hands to install. Looking forward to exploring all the options it has to offer.

Nice modern look
This Samsung microwave looks great in our kitchen. I like how the buttons are on the glass to give it a nice sleek look. I installed it myself, but fortunately we previously had a Samsung microwave, so I didn’t have to drill any new holes. It was my first time in staking a microwave, and the instructions helped out tremendously The microwave works great, and we are still discovering new features all of the time.
