Great washer

Stay away! Not buying Samsung again
This washer made me never want to purchase a Samsung appliance again. It worked ok for the first several months, but started throwing UR codes every cycle. When this happens, you have to pause and adjust the load or it will fill with water over and over. We’ve tried rebalancing, calibrating, and using smaller loads. We have a hard time keeping up with laundry because it takes so long to finish a single load. Incredibly frustrating. I recommend you find another brand.

Does a great job

Doesn't Balance Heavy Loads & Underfills Water
Spin Cycle Balancing: won’t balance heavy clothes well. Have to manually adjust clothes to try to rebalance 1/3 of the time, and it often can’t be successfully done with heavy items so you give up & dry wet clothes. Loads have to be made up of evenly sized/weighted clothes or it will unbalance & override. Gets worse as machine ages.
Cycle Duration: the machine is programed with a lot of useless dead time. ~25% or more of total cycle is useless. A 16-23 minute spins cycle doesn’t start for 4 minutes, then slowly idles or ramps up and down a lot so that full speed spin is less than 33% of the cycle.
Fill Level: too low, never covers more than 2/3 of clothes so they don’t mix well or even at all if heavy like jeans/towels. Only a few cycles allow extra fill to get water level over the clothes allowing them to actually mix/stir. I often have to add water from laundry sink hose. Works well only with light synthetic clothes.
Water Temperature: Highest level is hot, but the four below it are all luke warm to cold in northern climates.

Great washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Happy with this washer so far. I really like the Activecwaterjet feature for spot cleaning and for adding more water to load. I also really like the ability to stop the cycle midway to add or rearrange clothes, previous washer didn't allow that without drying all the water out and restarting. I was worried about unbalanced loads with the no agitator tub, but has only happened once in past 20 or so loads, and was easy to correct. Bottom line is this washer cleans clothes well, has all the features I was looking for.
