so far everything work as a brand new item

the bottom washer has not worked correctly ever. when there isn't a 4c error the clothes don't get clean. the wash and rinse nozzles only spray the door and not the clothes. this washer seems to be very sensitive to the weight of the items. a single small ankle sock or a washcloth will give a 4c error. the hoses are connected correctly. there is no debris on the screens. there 85 psi of water pressure. i have unplugged the thing at least 100 times for multiple minutes at a time. i have put the hoses on hooks to the wall on the back of the washer, to mitigate any siphoning issues. there are no kinks in any of the hoses. if i redirect the nozzles by the door then the 4c error stops and the clothes get cleaned.

Broke within 1st few months. Samsung replaced it as a part wasn’t available. Upper washer broke outside initial 1 yr warranty, inside 3 yr extended warranty purchased thru Samsung. 40+ hrs on the phone & 6 service appts (4 hr windows) to get it repaired. Aug 2020 lower washer is leaking. Over last 16 days, been on the phone 9 times for 3 ½+ hours, don’t have a repair date. I’m told I’ll be called back within 48 hrs. No one calls & next agent tells me all the things the previous agent did wrong. I’m told to call another warranty co (no, Samsung needs to deal with it), told to call the service center (they only do repairs for initial warranty). I’ve been told there isn’t a service center close to me to service it, submitted to “upper management,” etc. They’ve issued 3 different tkt #’s

this is the best machine i have ever owned. so quiet, quick, two in one. i am in love with this multy fucntion washer. dryier is so nice too. the doors facing each other back for some reason but i dont care i just like them.

I bought this when it first came out. at that time it was ok. Disappointing performance for the price I paid, but now, after a couple of years, i have to say this is the worst washer I've ever used. I have to wash each load 2 or even 3 times. Always the same result, regardless what setting or detergent I use. All my whites are dingy/greyish, stains don't come out, neither do odors. Half the load will still be dry, or maybe slightly damp after a 3 hour cycle. My old Samsung laundry pair got everything clean in one wash, colors never faded, whites stayed white, laundry smelt clean and fresh.

Using both washing machine sections simultaneously causes the unit to leak water onto the ground. My unit is now completely unusable and the wait for Samsung to send a repairmen for over a week. The maxchine is just recently off waranty.

Excellent but the same it makes noise when you ise the upper washer

I treated myself to this machine less than three years ago and have been very disappointed. I am constantly struggling with error codes, even though I regularly self clean the machine. After one year I could not run the top washer and bottom washer at the same time. Now, the machine won't turn on at all. My local appliance repair won't touch Samsungs as he says parts are impossible to order. I have a repair order in and am hoping it is an easy fix, although reading reviews here, I am not sanguine. I would not recommend purchasing!

I would be cautious to recommend it because the washer is defective, cannot power on and something is already broken. I have a service appointment scheduled but not until another two weeks almost. Needless to say that this has not been a good experience thus far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the machine is so advanced with a separate section for washing delicates in the same machine. it washes quietly, efficiently and notifies me by wifi when the load is done. it doesn't get any better than that.

Love the washer especially the compartment to wash small items. Washer is large enough for king size blankets, spreads, etc.

i would love to rate this washer with 5 stars if we didn't run with few problems. otherwise, it's a good washer. the main issue was that it had a leak due to the fabric softener compartment clogged with fat residue from the softener. i believe if samsung designed the compartment for the softener better where it wouldn't clog then it would be perfect. thanks to this technician from youtube, he advised to clean and use hot water to clear the fat deposits in the compartment and it will clear the clog and avoid the leak message (lc1). since i figured the issue, everything seem to be good. the idea that samsung designed a machine that's 2 in 1 with a better price compares to other brands is awesome. i think i'm going to buy more samsung products from now on.

So far so good. In use since the day we got it.

$3,500 for a washer and dryer. Delierevred and installed. After attempting to wash the first load, it left all of the clothes completely saturated. When i attempt calibration, it cycles and never stiops with three “ - - - “ on display. After waiting on hold with Home Depot for 45 minutes, the delivery company has to call me back? If I could give this product negative stars, i would. Both for the cost of the appliance and it being instantly inoperable, and for Home Depot passinh the buck as fast as possible.

only three years old and some part broke and blew a huge hold in the drum. entire machine is junk!

Very quiet and easy to use . Don't like the fact that the door needs to be left open after use to prevent odors.

I've owned this since September 2018. The warranty is only one year. That should have been a red flag. I ignored it because I was dazzled by the dual washer design. OMG, WHAT A NIGHTMARE. This machine has a serious design flaw. The SENSOR BOARD gets wet from suds/fabric softener and SHUTS DOWN AND LOCKS UP both drums. ERROR CODE = 1LCR. This is mentioned in all the reviews on many different store sites. Google this model, you'll see it. It was new on the market when I bought it, so these cautionary reviews didn't yet exist. I am on my 5th service call. My repair guy has told me he sees the same problem over and over. This basically can't be 'fixed' since it is part of the design. Samsung should recall this junk. The good reviews are probably from buyers still in the honeymoon phase, it hasn't broken down yet. Samsung customer service is a joke. They will keep authorizing repair calls, until the warranty runs out. Shame on them.

i was careful to research and read the reviews on these products. i spared no expense in getting them. i was concerned because when they first came out there were problems. i figured 5-years in they (samsung) should have corrected them by now. they did. these things are huge! tall! they fit thru standard door openings but they are big. no pedestals needed. the only skeptical thought would be the washer shakes a bit too much (only when using the top washer by itself). if using both washers (upper and lower) the weight balances out and the shaking is minimized. we are happy! james and nicole
