[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so happy to get my new Samsung range and the delivery went smoothly I did have to hook it up because they couldn’t do it but other than that it went great and this range is absolutely beautiful I love the stainless steel it’s so shiny and pretty in my kitchen I’m obsessed I like how easy it was to hook up to the wifi and control with the smart app I can turn my oven on and it alerts me when it’s preheated and when it’s turned off that’s a great feature and I really like the digital controls there super easy to use and the oven plays a little tune when it’s preheated and for the timer I like how fast the oven heats up and it has been cooking my food perfect I feel like I get a more even cook on my food I really like how it cooks with the convection oven it makes things cook better I love the airfryer feature on this oven It doesn’t have to preheat and it airfry’s quick and makes things perfect I love the tray it comes with for the airfry feature I really liked the griddle on top of the oven it’s nice to be able to make eggs and grilled cheese it’s very convenient to have a extra middle burner and the burners are great they heat and boil very quick are super easy to light when I turn the handles and Cooks my food great I highly recommend this oven it’s the best one I have ever used it’s amazing and not only is beautiful it cooks great to it fit my space beautifully and it’s so shiny and pretty in my kitchen I think it cooks my food way better and more evenly and the food turns out great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range replaced a 22-year-old unit and holy cow what a difference! Right from the start the display was brighter and crisper which as I got this for my parents, both in their 70s, was almost worth the price of admission by itself. Setup was fantastically simple minus and issue adding the range to the SmartThings app. For some reason I could not get it to pair with my mom's iPhone, however, her tablet paired no problem. As silly as it may be, being able to turn the oven light on and off from the app was a feature that I did not know I wanted for my own range! Being able to remotely set the temp and cook time of the oven is also a very useful feature. Once the range was setup, I turned it to 550°F for three hours to let it burn off any residual manufacturing oils/films. Once that was complete and the oven cooled down, I made cookies. These are my staple cookies and I have probably made something like 40 dozen of them in the past five months, so I am very well versed in how and how long they bake. They came out exactly as I was expecting! The air fryer option is amazing. We made fries and they came out perfect! The fifth center burner is going to be an absolute rockstar when it comes to making pancakes. The last thing I want to call out is the burner grid. All the burners are connected so it makes it super easy to slide pots and pans to different spots on the cooktop. The long list of pros is offset with a couple of cons. The first is that the range is LIGHT, it shifts on the floor with very effort. The other is that the back is pretty much flat with no real recess for the gas line, which comes out of my parents’ wall. This means that the range now sits three inches off the wall, and it blocks one of their drawers from opening. I am presently looking to have the gas line moved so that the range will sit flush and not obstruct their drawer. Both my parents and I are thrilled with this new range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new range! The first thing we did, airfry chicken wings, was an adventure. It produced a lot of smoke. We ended up turning off air fry and finishing them off in the oven on bake. They were delicious! After that excitement we downloaded the manual and started having fun. Setting ip the wifi to it was a breeze and we were preheating (which is fast) in no time. The app isn’t as user friendly as I would like. I ended up having to reset the whole oven just to add more bake time. The power burner does a great job of boiling that big pasta pot. My husband uses the middle burner and griddle almost every morning. I made cookies with convection! I broiled chicken parm for nice, melty cheese. I airfried buffalo cauliflower. I feel like I can do so much more in my kitchen now. It took a bit to figure out all the controls. We had to refer to the manual a lot the first week or two. But with all those features, it’s so worth the homework. The stove is easy to clean and it looks so sharp in our kitchen. It fit easily in the space. I’m looking forward to many holiday meals.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Samsung Gas Range! We are doing a kitchen remodel and it fits in perfectly. It is sleek and easy to clean. The fingerprint resistant steel and self cleaning feature keeps the range clean, which means less effort for me. The griddle burner in the middle is awesome and cooks evenly. I enjoy making pancakes for the family with it. Water boils quickly with this range and the no pre-heat air fry option gets our food cooked fast. This range cooks evenly and fast, is easy to clean and maintain, has a large oven capacity, and is powerful. I am very impressed with this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Pros: This is a SOLID oven, one we hope to have for a long time. The burners go on much quicker than our old stove and have different intensities, which for us is a new feature. The middle griddle is cool and has been used frequently. Vegetables and steak come out perfect every time. The inside is much bigger than our old standard 30" oven and we're loving it. We've used both the regular oven and the convection feature and everything came out perfect. It plays a 10 second song to let you know that it reached the target temperature and the kids commented that they never realized how much we use the oven. We are certainly happy with the performance of the oven. We have cooked for our family mostly but also for company and it cooks uniformly, which a welcome change from our old one. We have not used the Wifi, Bread Proof or Dehydrate features yet. It looks sleek and modern and adds a pop to our kitchen. The cons: I am a manual/instructions guy and miss the paper copy of the manual. Our delivery experience was really poor. The delivery guys came and said that they could not get the stove in the house through the door. Then, for whatever reason, they came inside and said that they could not fit it where our old one was, so they left it. I asked them to leave it in the garage, not outside. I called a handyman friend to look at our kitchen space to see what we could do to make it fit and he said, let's look at the box. We "discovered" that the stove's dimensions were the exact same as our old one! I called the delivery company and the story changed to that they could not get it in my house and I would have to take my door off. I did that and made a new appointment, for 2 days later. The same two guys came and got the oven in with ease, as well as getting my old one out easily too. However, they did not check that it was completely unlevel. We had to ask our handyman friend to fix that because the manual just said to adjust the legs (which we knew), but didn't explain how.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used the Samsung Gas Range, and it has changed our lives. The first thing we made with the Range were cookies, and they cooked beautifully and evenly. One unique thing about the range is you can select whatever temperature you would like, instead of a small subset of temperatures. The oven also preheats quickly, and has a very bright jingle when it reaches desired heat! The non-stick coating on the griddle was wonderful, and we make pancakes on it without any issues! The pancakes cook quickly and evenly. We also cook chapatis on the burners, and they cook much quicker than on our previous stove. We also used the air fryer to make French Fries, and they were indistinguishable from the deep-fried ones. The only difference was how much oil we used! The Wi-Fi capabilities are also great, solving the age-old question of "Have I turned off the stove?" Being able to turn on and off the stove remotely has saved so much time and made our life more convenient. Overall, this gas range was one of the greatest cooking tools we have ever used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've always been a fan of Samsung appliances in our household, so now that are building a new house we made sure that all new appliances are all in the same brand. There’s a lot of good things to say about this specific model, such as the modern and stylish look; as soon as you open the box, you could tell that it will be a great addition to any kitchen. The easy clean up feature is also such a cool feature; we cook and use our stove everyday so the ability to clean the mess afterwards is such as a gift for a mother like me. We also chose this specifically for the feature of the built in air-fryer. I cannot tell you enough how much I love this feature because I used to cook all my frying out in the porch using a bulky separate air-fryer (takes a lot of space in the counter) which does the job done, but the fact that I don’t have to do that anymore and I still get to air-fry and have some really good healthy meal is such a huge bonus!! Overall, we are so happy we got this as it is an amazing appliance that everyone who likes to cook at home deserves to have!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely obsessed with this gas range as it is a very big step-up from my previous range. This range is very durable, well-built, and looks so sleek and modern. It has so many functions like convection, airfry and a griddle top. The most amazing part, though, is the SmartThings app connectivity where I can set-up and monitor oven use. I would love to be able to turn the oven on from the app as well, but I guess that might be a futuristic thing. (You can currently turn off from the app, but not on.) The stainless steel top makes it so much easier to clean! There was definitely a learning curve with this range, though, as I noticed that it cooked foods much, much quicker and more evenly than my previous one so I had to adjust my recipes for time. I also noticed that I can boil a pot of water much quicker than my electric kettle does! With my previous range, it was always quicker for me to boil water in the kettle then add it to the pot to cook, but not with this range--it hardly takes a few minutes! The inside of the stove is also pretty big; I've made beef jerky several times and can fit 4 full cookie sheet trays in at once! Side note--I do thoroughly enjoy pranking my family by turning on the oven light through the app when I know that one of them is in front of the stove! They're always confused and don't understand what happened...my sneaky little secret :-)

Don’t buy it. It’s way too expensive and it peels within a year. I went online and it looks like a widespread problem with no end in site and no warranty that covers it. We kept it clean, and used soft normal stove cleaners that were safe.

We wanted a range with an air fryer and smart capabilities (we have smart function with our fridge). Well, first off, set up was really easy. It fit perfectly in our spot where the other was. I decided to setup the Smart function, since we already had our fridge on it. That was a easy process once I selected range and not oven, lol. Once setup was complete it showed up in my app, where you can select what you'll be doing. I decided to air fry since I wanted to see how well it cooked vs the normal deep fry method I'm used to using. We had homemade egg rolls from our wedding that was frozen, so I put the air fry tray in there and put it on the middle rack. Used the app to choose air fry and the temp. I cooked them for about 15 min and could've cooked another 5, if I wanted to. They were perfect!!! Crisp and browned on the edges. This was exactly how I liked them. I'm now not having to have an extra appliance around and the cleanup too when having an air fryer on the counter. The oven is as others are, except this one has Bread proof and dehydrate. So we will be trying out the dehydrate setting later when we make jerky. We have a dehydrator (which takes up space) so another appliance I'll be able to get rid of. So, I'm actually excited about the bread proof setting. I make homemade yeast rolls and I'm used to covering them up for a period of time for the dough to rise. Well, my mom and gma would be jealous to know our oven has this. I'll have to do this before we start baking stuff for our holiday means but that's easily done the day before. I will try this out way before the holiday season to ensure all goes well, lol. So, the one thing I've come to love is the self clean setting. I had this on another oven in the past and was amazed by how well it cleaned up, and I actually lost all hope it'll ever be cleaned. With newer and nicer ovens, it's easier to keep everything clean after you cook vs dealing with an oven that's been cooked in and set cooked in and never cleaned out (I've used such ovens in the past). So, all in all, we absolutely love all the features this oven has and look forward to using the other settings in the near future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are excited about our new Samsung 6.0 cu. ft. Smart Freestanding Gas Range Model NX60A6711SS/AA. First off the packaging was great, it was well protected and there was no damage from shipping. All the grates and other parts were tucked nicely in separate packages inside the over compartment. Considering all the features it has the oven has simple and clean lines. The grates are heavy gauge and really give it a high end look. The high oven capacity is great for entertaining and the built in air fryer means we can great rid of the one we had and clear up some counter space, having the built in air fryer is our favorite feature. And the dual stage burner is addicting, it really puts out the heat and the low setting is handier than expected. The Wi-Fi connectivity and the app are more useful then I imagined. It allows us to no be tied to the kitchen when cooking. Also, the style really updated the look of our kitchen, a great addition.

Every time I cook the wifi on my phone lets me know when my oven is done pre-heated and when my food is done. This is the best range I have ever had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new Samsung NX60A6711SS/AA Gas range is amazing. The design is sleek and just goes with every other Samsung appliance design. It is elegant and very high quality looking. I own a Samsung Refrigerator and dishwasher and none has disappoint yet. Being a huge fan of Samsung’s goods, I am very excited to be able to own another one of Samsung’s work of art. The most important thing to me about a Gas Range is the strength of the flame and this one does not disappoint at all. The flame is just simply overpowering and allows for a quick heat up and cook time. My family is also a huge Air Fry user and the fact that this Gas Range comes with the no preheat Air Fryer is a huge bonus. We cook everything with our Air Fryer (ie. Potato Fries, Fish, Vegetables) and this one did not disappoint. The burner comes with a skillet that you can use to fry eggs, steak, etc. To me, it just makes the top looks prettier. Like any other Samsung Appliance, this also comes with Wi-Fi enable and SmartThing controls. This is all a bonus but to me, this is all a gimmick. I would NOT hesitate to purchase another Samsung Gas Range if it comes fully equip with the removal of the Smart Feature. That’s just how much I like this Range. You can use the Smart feature to control the Range remotely, such has temperature control and to turn on/off the oven. This is just not something that I will use often as I do not feel comfortable cooking something while I am not home. And since I will be home, I have no problem controlling the Range manually. All in all, very impress with this Range and I highly recommend it to anyone.

We had another Air fryer and now we are not using it anymore because our Range does it all. We have cooked wings, steak, etc. in air fryer and we love the healthier option now. The app is easy to use and the ability to turn on via voice, app is so convenient. We are able to monitor the temperature and use Alexa to control it too. Being able to search recipes online is a plus via the app. We love how much bigger the oven is compared to our last oven. We have a 10-year-old that loves to cook and having the fingerprint resistant is a plus. Finally having the double burner is a plus and my wife says that is powerful, somehow cooks food faster.

I've now had the Samsung range for over a week and Ibam in love! It was easy to install and fits well with my overall kitchen aesthetic. All I had to do was primebthe oven for 1 hour prior to use and it was good to go! Something I noticed right away was how quickly it heats up. Water boils significantly faster with this stove. I also appreciate the easy to clean design. A quick wipe and my stove looks clean again. I also love the large tray included for air frying. I no longer have to cook things in batches. Everything fits in one tray. I can't wait to show it off to my friends!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I began looking into buying a new range I knew it would be a Samsung. Samsung is a brand I’m familiar with. But besides the name and appearance quality and high performance is what I was looking for and that’s exactly what I got with this model. It’s sleek, and fingerprint resistant , which is my pet peeve when it comes down to stainless steel appliances. The long middle burner/griddle cover is a breakfast dream come true. The different burning power of the burners is a holiday cooking session made simpler. And if all the basic needs of cooking weren’t covered it even has the ability to AIR FRY ( air fry basket included). That means no need for a separate appliance taking up space on your already crowded counter top ( at least for me it is). I love the app, yes the stove connects to an app through wifi to facilitate cooking time and temp from the comfort of your phone( or any other electronic device). There’s also a storage drawer to store your baking dishes and included accessories, I can’t think of anything negative to say about this range. It’s a great addition to my home!

BUYER BEWARE Year 4 of Owning real human Feedback: Stove - Ignition failure, Fan failure, Gas Leak, 2 broken knobs Fridge - Door issue, Ice maker post 2 repairs still doesn't work, circuit board failure Dishwasher 2nd - 100% plastic and almost all components have cracked, with many breaking, touch panel works half of the time Microwave - Somehow still works Samsung Appliances have been designed to be cheap, look nice, and serviced or replaced every 5 years; this is in no way sustainable.

The delivery of the appliance and install of the range would have to be one of the worst as it was not installed correctly and caused a gas leak that I had to call my gas company out and deal with my daughter throwing up due to the gas leak.

I was told by numerous people not to buy Samsung appliances, but I was on a budget and it was the most affordable. I did not buy a Samsung fridge but I did buy gas range and it didn't even last 4 years. It stopped working. I would have it preheating and within an hour it would only go to 200°. I can sometimes get it to work once in a while if I keep unplugging it but it will take up to hours to reach 350°. I'm on the process of buying a new range. That's what I get for not listening to everyone!

Less than two years and the board burnt out. Now I need to pay $200 for a part that will take a month to get here. A whole month without a stove while my wife is pregnant. And who knows how long it will last.

Gas range notification and status via mobile makes me feel at ease when not at home. 1 concern is the space provided for gas connection is quite small. Due to this the range stands about 1 to 2 inches away from the wall instead of being flush.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this stove very much. Love the rise function. It does a great job on bread. Oven is very roomy. Top is very easy to clean. My only issue is the burner run very hot and high flame. Even the simmer burner boils very high. You have to keep an eye on what your cooking. Other than that it's a great stove and looks great in the kitchen.
