Absolutely lover this range, looks great and works fantastically have recommend it to all my friends.

After having this stove for only a week, I must say that I am extremely impressed with its performance. It is simply......Awesome, a huge improvement over our burner stove. The stove is fantastic in all modes. I was a little leery about the duo stove, but after using it for several meals, find it outstanding and remarkably adept at doing its job. Kudos to Samsung, fantastic stove. I think I am hooked on induction forever. The only downfall was having to purchase new magnetic cookware......but is it really a downfall...I mean, I got new cookware.

This range not only looks professional grade, it has the functionality and features for a true top chef! The induction technology can bring water to a boil in about 90 seconds and the imitation blue flames that are projected onto the side of the cookware even make it feel like you're cooking with gas. I would argue the induction technology is even better than gas and certainly worth the extra $ (versus electric) in my opinion. The oven is packed with features as well, including induction baking, a temperature probe and the Flex Duo technology to be able to leverage two distinct cooking compartments within. The only cons I can think of thus far is the configuration of the 4 heat zones on the cook top could be better to either include a fifth zone or make more symmetric. Additionally, sometimes the touchpad oven controls can be so sensitive that the keypad lights up if you lightly brush up against it (but you can easily utilize the keypad child lock to prevent this). Overall, we are thrilled with the range and would recommend to anyone else looking for a higher-end, quality product.

I love this induction range! The top is really safe for my 2 little guys who think they are chefs at the age of 2 & 5. Heats up quick, easy to clean, top always looks perfect! Oven is great, fits the entire thanksgiving dinner!double oven feature in a single unit is smart and useful.

When they told me that this house has no gas in it and that it would cost a small fortune to run a gas line to it, I was devastated. No beautiful 6-burner, professional gas stove (no gas heat or fireplace either!). I began to research and everywhere I looked this range was a highlight. Since my son and his family were very satisfied with a new induction and my friend had recently completed a high-end kitchen with an induction cooktop, I settled in, but was still skeptical. With our move-in date December 11, a staff Christmas party on the 14th and family of 17 arriving on the 18th, there was virtually no time to test out our new "baby." It was a baptism by fire! Well, it's now January 2nd. The family has returned to their homes, parties are over and I have to say, this is the best appliance we've ever owned. Everything, including the just used "steam clean" feature, work like a charm. We baked pies and cookies and dutch baby pancakes, we cooked soups and lamb stew and spaghetti sauce, we used the temperature probe to roast an amazing filet mignon, we warmed rolls and pizza and this lovely range performed. If you are considering this appliance, consider no more and write the check! Thank you, Samsung for thinking beyond the ordinary to extraordinary. I am one satisfied customer.

I bought this stove to replace a 13 year old builder's model. I did a lot of research to find out the features I wanted. I decided that convection and induction were on my list as well as a slide in model. I also wanted a bridge but at the time I bought this stove, last February, there wasn't one available. After quite a bit of research to find a stove with good ratings, I decided on this Samsung. My first one had numerous problems. The large burner didn't work, the oven wouldn't heat to the correct temperature and it didn't hold the temperature either. The lock feature on the front panel didn't work well and we were unable to clean the oven due to a malfunction with the door lock. The customer service at Samsung was tops. So was the service tech that came out. Unfortunately, after replacing every replaceable part on the stove, it was deemed unfixable. Samsung arranged to either give me a full refund or replace the stove. I opted to replace it since this was the only stove that had these features that had good reviews. Bad decision. While the oven now works, the large burner still doesn't work right. Only pans bigger than 8.5 inches will work (Samsung says they have to be a minimum of 7.75 inches, I think). Pans need to be set towards the back of the burner. The position of the pan on the large burner is set too far back from the front of the stove. When using a taller pan it is difficult to stir because the placement puts it under the microwave oven or over the stove cabinet. Seeing as this is the large burner and therefore the most commonly used, this is not a good. On the plus side, Samsung customer service is tops. They were very easy to work with and called me several times just to make sure that the return process was going well. The stove is beautiful. The top cleans easily. Messes wipe right off. Not like my old smooth top stove. The slide out shelf is a neat feature when cooking larger/heavier items. I'm still undecided about the dividing shelf for the oven. It seems that when the oven is divided, the two ovens are kind of small to cook anything large.

I love everything about this EXCEPT the fact 1 burner from day 1 has never worked properly. To make it work yiu have to out the pan 1/2 way off to the side. Very disappointed as it has some many wonderful features. Samsung will not even attempt to fix it either

We just got rid of another induction stove that I had for only 4 yrs the company would not stand behind the stove after paying 4000. We order this samsung chef collection in June and waited for it to be built. I cooked for 23 yrs and I'm impressed. samsung thought of everything even where to store the slide in when not in use! i had a question about the stove and customer service ,was helpful and in Canada .

This was supposed to be easy-to-operate worry free product. It started causing issues two months after I bought it. First time, the right elements were not working. The second time, the left elements were note working. Third time, the left big element was not working. Currently the two left elements are not working. This is the worst purchase I have ever made. I was better off staying with my 20 years old range, which since I bought the apartment 8 years ago has been working just fine. I changed it because renewed the whole kitchen. After the technicians cane for the third time I asked Samsung to replace my range, because it was a faulty product and they refused. I am extremely disappointed both by the product and by Samsung services.

Perfect for my mom who is in a wheelchair and has low vision. There is no hot burner on the stovetop to catch on fire, All of the controlls are easily within her reach at the front, so she does not need to reach over hot steaming pots to adjust the cooking leves. The new pans heat evenly and faster than the old electric range. We had to replace all but our cast iron pans, but a stove this good looks even better with shiny new pots and pans. If a magnet will not stick to a stainless steel pan, it will not work. My only complaint is that my cast aluminum canner will not work on this stove, but it is worth using another burner to do that chore. Rhe oven is convection or normak, and the broiler is excellent. There is a shelf that is on a roller system, making it easy to move heave roast in and out of the oven. The oven also has adivider that allows it to be converted into to seperate ovens cooking at different temps and convection or normal. I love eing able to cook mac and cheese witht the dinner rolls at the same time.

This is so much better then even our old gas range. I so love the 2 ovens, and use the top(smaller) one for my husband and myself almost daily. It actually bakes/cooks so much quicker then my last convection oven. The only thing I don't care so much for, is that the oven fan shoots some hot air off into my kitchen. But it still seems to keep my house cooler then our old convection oven and living in hot, humid Florida makes a huge difference.

I absolutely love this range. Fits perfectly, looks built in. Love the double ovens, easy to use (took alittle time to adjust to convection, but thats the user not the oven). Pans heat up super fast, boils water in less than 5 minutes ( even big pasta pot), cuts cooking time. I was skeptical about the glass top but so far we have been gentle with sliding anything across it. I use windex to clean it and it looks beautiful

THERE IS NOTHING I CAN SAID BUT I LOVE IT. WHEN I TELL PEOPLE ABOUT ITS FEATURES THEY CAN'T BELIEVE THE DOUBLE OVEN. SO I HAVE TO SHOW THEM HOW IT WORKS

We love the product but Samsung customer service was awful. When it was delivered to our house, the delivery people opened the box and there was no manual inside or more importantly, the anti-tip bracket was missing. Without the bracket the delivery people refused to install the range - a safety issue. We called Samsung Customer Service and was told it would take 7-10 days for the bracket to arrive. We told them that we had sold our old range and had no way to cook. We pleaded with them to overnight the bracket but the representative refused and became very condescending in tone. We asked to talk to a manager and were told that the manager could do nothing. The bracket arrived about 9 days later but no manual. We thought about calling Samsung for the manual but after our experience we decided not to. Home Depot intervened with the delivery company and after we signed a waiver for the anti-tip bracket, they installed the range the next day.

I bought this range after considerable deliberation. At the sticker price, I was expecting exceptional quality and performance. The range is beautiful to look at. However, it makes a lot of unpleasant noises while I'm cooking (strange buzzing and insect-like sounds - particularly at higher power settings, or if there is more than one pot on the stove. Also, the oven is not baking evenly. Food is darker sooner on one side of the oven than the other, hence it is necessary to rotate the baking dish. Neither of these issues is acceptable for a supposedly high-end appliance!

Just love the new Samsung Induction stove I now own. Used to think that there was nothing better than owning a gas stove, but boy I sure was wrong. This stove will outdo and outcook and outperform and outbake any gas stove on the planet, bar none. This stove brings "fast food" (cooked at home, of course) to another level. Don't need to wait forever for water to boil, or veggies to cook, nor meat to fry. It all happens to fast and at a much much lower temperature than I was accustomed to on my (now replaced) solid surface electric stove. Another welcome feature is that the oven temperature is always accurate so that I no longer require an oven thermometer. Everything bakes better in this oven versus my old replaced stove. Thanks. Plus the design is just superb. I call it my Mercedes Benz stove. Love the warming drawer, the bread proof feature and the ability to insert a divider and then have 2 ovens to work with. Love the "pull out" oven rack. Haven't used the "Healthy Cook" feature nor the "Steam Clean" feature, but I'm sure they'll be great as well. Seems a lot of thought went into the design of this stove. The only complaint I have and really it's a sizable complaint: The timer/oven ready alarm (if you can call it that) is practically inaudible. If one is not right close by the stove you'd never hear it. What gives with that? Other than that glitch in the design, I think Samsung built/designed a superior cooking/baking appliance and would recommend this induction stove to anyone contemplating replacing their existing electric stove.

It is a pleasure to use.. Your induction cookware should have good magnetic properties.

This unit's depth is unusually deep and may present problems in certain installations. Also, in my instance with a wood floor, it did not have sufficient latitude in the feet leveling to properly sit flush with the countertop.

We've had the Samsung induction Chef collection range for several months and are more delighted as time goes on. The stovetop cooking is amazingly precise, the heating effect is perfectly distributed through the bottom of a pot, so the cooking is far easier to control (heat up and down is immediate, like a gas range) and it is difficult to scorch food. The fact that the element surface doesn't get hot (other than what the pot transfers to it) allows for cleanup of spills on the element even while cooking . The duo oven is great. If you keep the divider in and just use the top oven it reduces warm-up time and general electrical use considerably. The oven(s) also have heating coils in the fans so that that the fans don't cause cooling. The baking is wonderfully even -- far better than we've had with previous ovens. Before we got the range we were worried about the noise the induction generator and the pots might make. The generator makes a low hum that we really don't even notice. We purchased several thin cast iron pots (enamel coated) that cook wonderfully and are soundless. But we also discovered that the free pots that Samsung included with the purchase work just fine. They vibrate a bit on power boost (when the magnetic field is strongest) but that is usually used only for boiling water, and the water boils so fast (literally about a cup in 30 sec) that its hardly on that setting for any time. It took some doing to convince my wife to go this direction. We both cook, but she wasn't sure about the technology. We're both really glad we did. The initial cost was somewhat high but we'll have this stove hopefully for decades--and decades of great cooking are really worth it. It makes meals from scratch a lot more fun! We also love the safety factor. The controls. are large, easy to read, right on the front (so you don't have to reach over hot pots to get at them) . The electronic readout is clear and straightforward. The stove has a locking function that prevents children from turning the oven on, and the stove body fastens to the floor in the back to keep the stove from tipping if someone sits on the open oven door. All in all, a marvel of quality engineering. I couldn't be happier with it.

Induction cooktop is so fast. I no longer use my microwave. The surface stays cool. Clean up is super easy because the spills do not burn on the cooking surface. It the same as wiping my counter top. With all the benefit, it's worth the price tag. All buttons are designed easy to understand. I totally love this range.

We bought this range to replace an aging Kitchen Aid - I wanted gas but since we dont have gas in the kitchen I read reviews on several induction ranges - but also wanted a double oven. The Samsung fitted the need...was expensive but not for what you get. The ranges looks great and works even better. The induction top is fast (and not very noisy as some say, buy good quality heavy pans and no problem) and very easy to use and best of all is as reactive to settings as gas...whoopee. I had to buy new pots n pans...what a shame. Bought Calphalon triply...work like a dream and so nice to cook with. Only grip is the layout of the induction rings could be spaced better. The dual oven with the slide out partition is a great idea and offers so much flexibility. At Thanksgiving I roasted a 20 pound bird in the bottom and later roasted vegs in top half later....oh yeah and warmed stuff in the warming draw. I have done some baking and everything comes out even and well done. I checked the oven temperature with a digital oven thermometer and the temp is very close. All in all this was a great purchase and I would recommend

I got my dream range, I waited a long time to finally get the induction range I dreamed of. Its better then what I could have dreamed of. Samsung did it ALL right. Starting with the looks of the range, really sharp, very well built, the feel of the knobs, the door to the over all speak of quality. The top was designed by someone who cooks, the lay out of the burners is perfect. The induction top cooks as fast as any gas range I ever used, but its so much cleaner and much easier to clean up. Why every store doesn't display an induction range I'll never know, its the only way to cook. The oven is BIG, and cooks so evenly everything I have baked or roasted so far has been perfect. Home depot delivered the range within a few days, fast service and the delivery men were very helpful

HAVE BEEN INDUCTION COOKING ON A PORTABLE COOKTOP UNTIL THIS PURCHASE. LOVE THE COOKTOP... EASY CLEANUP. COOKS VERY WELL. ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE DUO-FLEX OVEN. JUST RIGHT FOR THE TWO OF US TO COOK SMALLER ITEMS IN THE TOP OVEN. PLENTY OF ROOM IN THE BOTTOM.... OR JUST TAKE OUT THE PLATE.. LOVE IT!
