I used SharkBite PEX to replace copper line running to my Water Heater. The red and blue colors make it easy to distinguish Hot and Cold lines after install is complete. Using a SharkBite elbow I easily transitioned from Copper to PEX, the PEX is more flexible than copper and easy to work with, it is also a great value at much lower price point. PEX is easy to cut as well and can be done with a PEX Cutter sold at Home Depot. Great product very easy to work with and use for an average DIYer.

100% reliable 1/4” pex pipe

I was actually using it for a model of a spider for Honor Bio. I used thes to explain the legs and how the muscles actually move the legs.

Worked perfectly for my DIY Projects.

I bought this for my friend. She likes to freeze her drinks and then break up the ice crystals with a straw as the drink thaws out. She kept breaking straws so I got her this pipe to use as a straw. She said it worked perfectly for breaking up the ice crystals in her drink and use as a straw.

You can't go wrong with PEX pipe. Great material!

This was used to add in a hot and cold water hose bib on the outside of my house and the short piece was perfect for what I needed

This can turn a typical handy man into a professional plumber, well almost. But this is great for remodels and repairs where access is difficult. It bends and twists around obstructions making repairs easier and faster.

No leaks at dishwasher, first attempt!

Good pipe just bought the wrong kind. Will buy some 1/2 in soon.

This is a great length of PEX for small jobs and I recently used it to replace a plumbing assembly in my laundry room. 5 ft was all I needed. I like PEX because it can bend easily and saves time over using multiple copper fittings. I noticed the factory cuts are not perfectly flat but I also realized that shark bite fittings dont require an exceptionally flat end to the tubing, it can be a little slanted.

Great pipe, easy to use, but DO get the pipe cutting tool for square cuts. I did not and it took a bit to get ends square. I could have saved some time with the correct tool.

So easy to work with. Made relocating my washer and dryer a breeze. Great product at a low low price.

All the plumbing I've ever done has been with copper piping and sweated or compression fittings. After moving to upstate New York the vast majority of the plumbing I've encountered is PEX tubing. I love it. It's so much more forgiving and easier to work with than ridged pipe. This five foot piece is great to have on hand for quick repairs.
