Overall this chimney cap is well made and painted well. The only thing I did not like was that they used lags to tighten it against the chimney flu. When I tightened them I found that they began to go crooked and I didn't fell comfortable leaving it like that in the event of heavy winds. I ended up buying some galvanized nuts and welding them on the inside and ground point on the bolts. This allowed me to properly tighten them securely to the flu.
I also bought the 8 inch round cap, and that had a really nice design that squeezed a band tightly against the flu. This came with bolts and nuts instead of lags.

Fit perfect. Comes with (4) 3/8 head screws. Throw a 3/8 socket on your drill and get after it!
