Great product keeps my posts dry and well anchored. The only issue I had was the website showed several in 2 local stores that I visited only to discover they had none. Website still shows them in stock at those stores. Wasted more time trying to buy these from Home Depot than it took to install on my job

Good product if you are replacing a previous base cast into the concrete. Simple anchor bolt epoxied in does the job.
