Plug On Neutral. Easy to wire in. Be sure to run the load neutral to the breaker instead of the bar.

The breaker that this one replaced was erroneously sensing normal arcs caused by the vacuum cleaner's DC motor's commutator/brush interaction. That caused false circuit interruptions. This breaker properly ignored that normal arcing and did not open the circuit.
