With a deep scan stud finder it works great! Eliminated a lot of squeak throughout the whole house in the carpeted areas. Even work on the berber carpet without a snagging.

These were perfect. It was so nice to have so many that I didn't worry about running out.

Screws were fine. I've used them before and they work well. Ordering through HomeDepot, however, took far too long.

I am very please with screws. Screws did the job they were supposed to do, squeeeeek no more!

These work well. Tip: Use shims along the walls. That’s where a lot of residual squeeks reside. Go over carpet tack strip but under the wall. When they are tight snap them off and restretch the carpet. You should be able to eliminate almost all sweeps and groans.

They just would not countersink enough for me would leave I had so you could snag broom mop on them

This was a proven item, very effective, it was used on a 1000 sq feet wood floors which was installed 62 years ago. but you need to be handy in order to get the results.

Worked for some spots

These screws work great. The screws break off easily and are nearly invisible if screwed in at the proper depth. If you are working through carpeting and you know you have screwed the screws into a joist and the floor still squeaks, the sheathing material is probably jointed above that joist. Then you simply screw the screws in at an angle.

The screws worked great but the "squeak no more" fixture was made out of substandard plastic needless to say it broke in half after removing about 10 screws. I bought the same squeak no more fixture years ago but lost it when I moved. That worked GREAT because it was made out of METAL!!

Doesn't eliminate all squeaks but helps significantly.

Box only contained 245 screws not 250, granddaughter counted :). It is not as easy to find the floor studs when you are doing over carpet, however it does work.

Screws snap before they are all the way in,.that's a problem

This product is awesome! By first determining your floor joist directions and then screwing in a long screw on both ends you can attach a piece of string to the two. Now when your ready to start screwing down your screws. Worked perfectly!

Ummm, if you need extra screws for your Squeeeeeek B Gone kit, these will work... They do their intended purpose!

FLOORING CONTRACTOR SHOULD DO RESEARCH BEFORE TELLING CUSTOMERS THEY HAVE TO REPLACE FLOORING TO FIX ISSUE. THIS WORKS 100% PERCENT ONCE YOU DO IT RIGHT.

This product is very hard to find but when I got it and used it I got no more squeaks. It is very time consuming when it comes to find the studs specially if your floor is carpeted but when you put the screws on the correct spot then it works great

I originally bought the contractor pack with 500 screws. That pack was around $60 and came with 6 joist finding screws, 2 screw driving bits, and a metal tool for breaking the screws. I've seen the normal 50 screw pack, with its plastic breaking for $20. This replacement pack is well worth the price. You get 250 more screws for close to the price of buying the original 50 pack.
