Bought this for a replacement. Thought we were getting a product made in usa, since the only info...
Bought this for a replacement. Thought we were getting a product made in usa, since the only information we could find was that it was from a company in Bronx, NY. Upon delivery we found out it was from ( guess where ) that's right, China. Pretty cheap made. It takes forever to heat. But eventually it will get hot enough.

Needed 30 inch. Had to put wedges on both...
Needed 30 inch. Had to put wedges on both sides. To prevent cooktop from moving. So it would be securely in place. Only problem was sizing smaller than 30 inch. Had to make adjustments for it to fit properly.

Will be returning... installed and realized a movement that would not tighten down. The entire stove is warped and will have to come out. Cheap made and will not purchase the same stovetop.

Build quality was less than desirable. Burners do not get...
Build quality was less than desirable. Burners do not get nearly as hot as my 40 year old range top this replaced. Overall I am not happy with the purchase. Spend a little bit more and do some research before buying. This will get you buy but if you are serious about cooking look elsewhere!

Disadvantage. Vents under unit allow dust, residue, water comes pouring out of the cookware .....to cabinet. Other than that, the design is good looking from the top with thermostats located at center.
