The pole was not functional, had to return and haven’t bought a new one yet

Landscaper used to trim tree brances. First use the chain link bent/kinked. Now I will need to purchase a new one.

Im 62 and I have type 2 diabetes as well as 2 heart attacks. I live in North central Arkansas so you can imagine I have many tree species some real hardwoods. My endurance is short especially if its hot. So the Sunjo pole saw DELIVERS. Its light weight powerful enough to do what I need. The only drawback is height and that has nothing to do with the tool so I ordered a pole saw harness. Anyway this tool does everything I need and quik. Easy to use and no problem with 5,6,7" branches.

This convertible, 2-in-one tool is easy to assemble, and is a powerful and quick cutter. Saved me the cost of hiring a tree guy. It's a little heavy for us 80-year-olds, but lighter than most. Great factory support too if you have questions.

say it goes 16'. That is only if you count the 5+ feet that includes you. The pole only extends about 3 feet longer than when not extended. It is around 8' long, including the pole and two part chain saw. Extended it is 11 feet and will reach 16 feet only because the operator is standing up. Deceptive description.

5 stars, small enough to safely handle, also powerful enough for the task. Use to trim small limbs from garden area, minimum amount of time.

The chainsaw is heavy and when attached to the pole, becomes unstable in the air.

One star short of excellent, due only to some minor issues-- The first, a need for more detailed instructions//clear illustrations for assembly of blade and chain-- e.g., the the location and operation of the chain tension adjustment nut is difficult to decipher. The blade housing is heavy enough to make balance and overhead reach less than ideal-- but the weight of a battery- or fuel-powered saw would be far more unmanageable. Finally, the blade housing blocks one's view of the location and angle of the blade itself. Despite these "flaws," this tool is a real find, given the reasonable price. The bonus, above all, is the detachable portion of the saw-- perfect for cutting at arm or ground height levels. This 71 yr. old aging, tree-hugging hippie is delighted to have it -- bad back, bad arms, bad legs and all. Thank You, Sun Joe.. See Ya' again, soon.

Good tool for the price ....

I am 5'2" and got this to help me trim limbs on my Crepe Merial. I only cut back ones that touch my house. Well in the description it says " It features a telescoping pole that extends from 8.6 ft. to 15 ft." Guess what no it does not. In the instructions I had to go check online it states "Telescopic Shaft 6.3 ft to 8.6 ft Which is more like it. I had it extended out standing in a doorway and husband said that's not 8', well did point out didn't have the handle nor saw attached.

Little saw has power and is really comfortable to use, would definitely recommend it. I like the fact that it changes to a handheld from an extension saw.

I tried to cut a 3.5 inch in diameter tree trunk and couldn't get it to even dent it. Waste of money.

Only complaint is the Pole chain saw is a little heavy.

Works like a charm, once you follow the directions. Keep it oiled and let it do its thing. The saw unit sometimes is hard to remove requiring lots of effort to detach. Other than that a good value

Wow, what a fantastic saw. Cutting using the extension pole and saw performance was great and using just the saw to cut logs could not be any easier.

Have only used it once since purchasing last month, but very pleased so far with the quality and performance. Easy to assemble and cuts like a champ! Follow the instructions and use as directed and you will have no problems!

Remember Joe Pesci in Lethal Weapon, What Happens In The Drive-Thru? Remember Coming To America, The End where he says Taste The Soup. Well That’s What Happens with This, They Don’t give You Oil. You have a device that requires Oil and they do Not Give You Oil. Truly if I would have "Saw" this, I would not have purchased this product. Would I recommend it, Just for the Principle Alone, NOPE. Do Not Buy. I Am tempted to send back the other 3 SunJoe Products I have just because of this foolishness
