Should've read the 1 star reviews
Broke immediately. Inlet hose can't handle ordinary household water pressure. Same as all the other reviews.

It came fully built up and I happily skipped the DIY hours. The setup was relatively easy and the winding setup with the guided roll works like a charm. Looks neat and everything is hidden. Great buy!

Beautiful piece -first one leaked incredibly-returned for a replacement -had to pay for 2nd one before they would send it out -once they received first one refund issued-2nd one leaks just as much……do not ,can not ,will not recommend-have tried everything even Teflon tape,replaces o rings ,new attachments from hose -wow disappointed

Horrible Hose Storage
Miserable to use: hose tangles and kinks up, no matter how carefully you try to reel it up. Takes a very strong arm to unwind— I can easily pick up a 30 lb dumbbell and do curls, but I can’t pull out my own g@# d@#$ hose. Avoid—would rather pile hose on the ground.
