This product is just the look we wanted with our new tiled shower; and the ease of using it is a great improvement of what we had before. A great choice, and a bargain!

Symmons does a great job of ensuring compatibility between models. If you buy a close match, it will usually match the existing Symmons manifold.

I bought the nickel vs chrome to match other bathroom fixtures etc. unfortunately this product as well as the tub faucet do not look clean after usage. They both appear “stained”. Not a nice appearance. I’d recommend the chrome instead.

This companies products are terrible, I bought the full valve replacement kit and tools. Things dont fit together how they should, the diameter of the metal is too big or too small specifically on the valve and cold seat. Save yourself the trouble and buy a better brand

The handle I had for a Symmons Callie broke off and I could not find a replacement handle. The Callie was all metal. This is plastic except for the handle. The brushed nickel matched the existing Callie shower head. It works and looks nice. It was easy to install.

Seems cheap but will work. We also were not able to feel the item before purchasing because there was no display to touch/feel/see in the store.

Fairly easy to assemble, though parts didn’t quite fit together. It’s nice looking, though I wouldn’t buy again.

Great product. Stands up to the test of time. Great for rental property or any homeowner.

We bought the chrome version. Trim pieces broke off. The lever to shift from tub to shower is loose and is a bit awkward to use. There's kind of a dead spot in the control where no water comes out. Our valve was replaced a month earlier due to another problem.

The product specification indicate as metal, but actually, the plate is made of plastic. Comparing the price to other METAL plates, not reasonable.

Have not used it enough to really make a judgement either way.
