This is a great kit for all do-it-yourselfers. The Kit comes with 25 each of the 90's and straights which I used very little of. I bought this kit to redo my master bath, replacing the existing copper. I didn't need all 100' of the tubing, but this Kit was cheaper than buying everything individually, and as a bonus, I found it on sale. It was my first time working with PEX, and with the tools and everything in this Kit, it couldn't have been easier.

Having never worked with this product before I was a little hesitant. After getting this kit I'll never go back to copper and solider. Everything you need is right there less maybe a valve or two and a tee. The tools are decent quality and work very well. My install was quick easy and no swearing was involved. The 100ft was more then enough to do my new laundry room and sink.

I love PEX piping! Easiest, cleanest, quickest plumbing installs ever! Simply cut. Insert fitting. Crimp collar and move on! No waiting for glue to dry and set. This kit was perfect for me to get started and finish the few replumb jobs I needed to complete! Definitely worth the money as you get the tools, connectors and tons of PEX pipe.

All I can say is WOW, this system was great and easy to use. Now I am not a professional contractor or plumber, just a simple DIYer so take this review as that. This came with everything needed to start the project. I had to order a few things to convert to pex like the washer hook ups, water hose, valves for toilets/sinks, adapters for the shower valves and hot water heater pex to cpvc connectors. When the parts came in I started to make the drops for the sinks and toilets, I was a bit worried after hooking up the pex tube to the water cut off valves for the sinks/toilets due to they would rotate fairly easily after being crimped but after installing them none leaked. The ease of using pex pipe for a DIYer is great, I was able to get under my sisters house and convert her pvc/cpvc plumbing to all pex. I fixed a couple leaks with pvc/cpvc but that was my extent of plumbing. After 3 days her house is 99% pvc free. I ran a pex line from the main city water source (3/4 pvc, had to buy a reducer and pex adapter) to the water heater area with a main water cut off valve. from their I split it into two lines, one to the water heater to get the hot water and the other to feed the cold water (I used sharkbite push to connect pvc to pex adapters for that, they work great). When under the house I used T's to run to different sinks/toilets/showers (I ordered the Ts through home depot separately). It was very helpful to have another person there to help straighten out the pex tube but once that was done running the lines was fairly easy. The crimping tool was easy to use and the calibration stayed consistent through the whole project. Cutting the pex tube was very easy with the pex cutter provided. One of the great things about pex tube is if there is a hard to reach area under your house you can have someone feed it though the drop and with a long stick (I used a long pvc pipe) you can manipulate the pex line to be ran to you instead of having to go to it. The Cons, having to buy everything to convert to pex. The Pros, almost everything about it. The versatility of pex is great. Again I am not a professional contractor or plumber so I do not know how long the tools will last, they worked for me and still seem to be in almost new condition. If you are looking at this kit to redo your home then it is great. I think I could do another 2 homes with the tools provided, would need to buy more tubing and connectors though.

Needed something to replace ruptured copper piping in home. This kit gives you a base start, tools worked good. Very happy with the purchase

Product was exactly what I needed to do about a 90% replumb of the house. Just make sure cuts are square. Works well with Shark Bites. Would like to see adjustment procedure to recalibrate the crimper.

This was my first time doing pex for piping and I gotta say its so much easier to work with compared to copper or pvc. Its also great that this kit had everything I needed aside from faucet/toilet/shower connections. Use this kit with a manifold system and you will be satisfied with the results.

I've never used pex tuning and it was easy with this kit.

Came as expected. The tools are made of solid metal. The pipe being coiled makes it a little difficult to handle.
