All I had to do was buy T’s and shut-offs and I got rid of almost all the copper in my house. This is an excellent kit to get you started. The tools worked great. When I turned the water on, there were no leaks. Highly recommend.

This kit was just what we needed to remodel our bathroom. There was plenty of tubing for the project. the amount and selection of connectors and tools made this a great deal. I recommend PEX and this kit to anyone doing a remodel or even new construction. FYI PEX even works with SharkBites.

Good 'repair' kit. In reality you use twice as much blue as red and the kit had no connectors for 'ends'. I feel the kit was not efficient for starting a project.

This kit works like it should. No problems at all.

This was the first time I used PEX for plumbing changes and repairs. It was very easy compared to copper. I will use this on interior applications from this point on.

First time used. 14 connections, No leaks . I’m (not) a plumber, he’s a plumber, would you like to be a plumber toooo! Who would have guessed... It’s that easy.

They didn’t send the crimping tool in the kit so can’t complete anything. Waiting on the tool, a extra week possibly.

Wonderful starter kit for the Pex uninitiated. Tools were sharp and worked as expected. Packaging was done well and it came with a generous amount of clamps, couplings, elbows and fasteners.Only suggestion is they add in a few Tees to the mix for branch lines. This combo is really a great value though.

The kit includes a bag of straights and elbows ( 90's).Instead of straights the kit needs to include Tee's.

I bought this kit to plumb a new bathroom. Everything about it was satisfactory and I have material left over for future projects.

Excellent, easy to use kit for first time user. I needed to move some connections and lines to facilitate framing and the kit worked flawlessly. I would highly recommend! Be nice if the kit also contained some T fittings

Since we bought our RV I have wanted to change some things around with the freshwater system. The trailer manufacturer used PEX for obvious reasons: relatively inexpensive, flexible, modest installation skills required, easily modified. The only drawback to giving it a go was the initial tool investment. But, alas! This kit includes the basic (actually much nicer than "basic", really) crimper and tubing cutter, and enough materials to get started. Now, I’m not a plumber, but 30+ years as an electrician working alongside them gave me more than a basic knowledge of their trade. This stuff is a definite time and money saver! While there are probably restrictions on where it can be used, it is fairly easy to make the installation appear “professional”. Or, as we in the trade would say, "looks so good that even the professionals can’t tell the difference.” Anyway, the cutters are extremely sharp…plenty sharp to easily slice through this ½” tubing. They have their own carry pouch with a belt loop and “Velcro” type closer for safety. The high leverage, ratcheting crimpers are perfect for a nice tight crimp: definitely not a “low end” tool. Comes with a spacing tool so that you can keep the crimpers in tolerance. Anyway, made a couple of test crimps with no worries about leaks. Easy! Now I just need to remember to turn off the water before I cut into the line.

The PEX TUBING PLUMBING KIT - containing a RAVEN crimp tool and tube cutting tool with 100 feet each of red and blue 1/2 inch dia. PEX Tubing along with a supply of 'straight and 90 degree elbow' fittings, crimp clips and the tube routing/mounting clips for 1/2 inch dia. tubing. This is a great starter set for getting into the PEX design plumbing systems. The only other supplies needed would be any 'fixtures' or 'fittings' required for a specific plumbing application for your job. The Raven Tools work very well to cut the tubing and make the perfect tight joints with the Crimping Clips and Tool. I have been using the PEX system for a number of years and have found it to be soooo simple to use and have not had a single 'joint failure' yet. I would recommend using the PEX design system(s) to every DIYer to allow a great deal of flexibility when doing your various plumbing projects. Do plan for your 'SHUTOFFS valves" to accommodate any future project and connection at all application locations.
