It was easy to install

Easy to install, adjustable but for a commercial standard entry door it’s just slightly weak.

It is easy to install and it works well.

This part truly does have universal characteristics. I couldn't get the main unit off the door or door frame due to them being welded on, but I was able to easily take the arm off the new product and mount it on the existing frame and door mounts and have the door work as expected. Very happy!

This was a decent unit and I had bought many of them, BUT they have redesigned it and it now junk. The screws provided strip out and the arm has been downsized. The parts are not interchangable with the old model. Extremely disappointed and will not buy them again.

Use it for the garage door. Installation was relatively easy, however I would recommend not to rely 100% on the measuring instructions . I would double check your own door to make sure the distance is suitable for your need. Door is hard to open. Made some adjustment on how easy it is to open and it change the setting for how door is closing. Did not work to my desired set up. So I have to settle on hard door opening for the family. Overall it does the job it has to do.

Was hard on initial push to open, could have been lighter duty push spring. But close action was great.

Got the job done. Watch the videos on their YouTube channel. The instructions are OK but the videos are much better.

Door closers was easy to install

Worked fine for our glass Anderson door, with a few slight dimensional adjustments. It is flexible enough to work with a few different configurations.

Rated only 4 stars because previous (essentially the same) unit only lasted about 10 years. Maybe I expect too much. (New unit box shows 10 year warranty.) On previous unit, a year before the hydraulics went bad, the main arm connection to the square pinion shaft became rounded and thus useless, but I was able to jam some extra bits of metal into the connection and resolidify it. Socket on new arm is punched- out in somewhat different shape, hopefully more resistant to rounding-out. Bolt pattern was same as previous unit, so easy to install and fairly easy to adjust Sweep and Latch speeds. So far it is closing the door well.

I can’t complain about product but the bracket holes do not line up with older units. So I have to drill new holes in door. Not happy about that.

Works flawlessly and with three different installation configurations it should work on nearly and door.

Good one it will work great and easy to instilling

The bronze color appeared more like silver in color than bronze & I was unable to use this product where intended

I don't know if I just got lucky for this product to be the exact same size is the one I replaced but it was a direct swap out only took about 15-20 minutes worked exactly how I expected it to and the doctor's office was very happy about this

Relatively easy to install although the instructions aren't clear. It has been in operation for over a month and appears to be doing the job I expected.
