Poor Quality, not happy with the product
These balusters are of poor quality. I was very disappointed with the product. I could not use these balusters, waste of my money.

Poor quality control
I ended up returning these balusters because the knuckles on each rod looked like they were spray painted by a toddler. There were paint drips on the knuckles so they look really bad. I bought a different design that was in stock in the store to avoid delaying my project.

I apologize that you were dissatisfied with your purchase. Most of our standard balusters are machine painted. It is a good possibility that yours may have been damaged in transit to you. We have not had any other issues regarding this that I am aware of. I will get with our quality control team and look into it. Once again I apologize for the quality issue and the delay is caused..

These balusters came boxed with bubble wrap. The paint looked even and good on them as well. The only reason I didn’t give them a 5 star was on some of them where the top end transitions from round to square was out of size just a hair. The decorative shoe should slide on easy but a few I had to pound them on. It all looked great.

While the balusters were very good, the accompanying iron shoes...
While the balusters were very good, the accompanying iron shoes were horrible. Virtually 30% of the screws failed. All had to be glued! Granted, these are a 75-85 cent item,perhaps that is why the quality control is overlooked. No one wants to take apart the entire assembly to return faulty iron shoes!
