Too many holes in it, won't hold water.

Great item, especially for the price! Got it on clearance for $12.

This stainless steel pan worked great to cook a chicken. I wouldn't recommend it because it is very hard to clean.

It is heavy enough that a large chicken stands up with no wobble. I put hard cider in the can instead of beer be cause I prefer it and the flavor was amazing. The instructions are vague as to burner heat level as I have a 2 burner and there are no directions for it. The Weber site says cook veggies around it. They burned and it took 2 days to get it mostly clean. Would welcome any solutions to that problem.

The chicken roaster is great as it holds vegetables as well as the chicken. The only problem I had with it was no instructions or recipes and have been "winging" it. The first chicken I cooked on it I also put red potatoes cut up and they weren't done (the other veggies I put in there were done), but now I know to put potatoes in there from the start as they need to cook longer. This I attribute to "operator error" and certainly NOT the product.

Love this for my gourmet system. I can put vegetables or potatoes in the bottom instant dinner. I have used it several times perfect chicken. I like the fact the cup detach from the bottom so it is easier to clean.

This roaster is very heavy duty and great at holding a chicken and vegetables and beer for beer can chicken. We are very happy we bought this roaster.

I was so excited to try this with our new grill. It didn't disappoint.The best beer can chicken ever. and as an added bonus we were able to roast vegetables and potatoes around the chicken... oh the flavors. I may have this for dinner again tonight! Some of the veggies and potatoes stuck a bit but after "insisting" everything came off nicely. This was a good purchase.

I own different types of beer can holders but I like this one the best. Holes in the bottom allow smoke to circulate around the chicken and has extra space to allow the cooking of vegetables.

Right after assembling my new Weber E-310 grill, I use it to roast a whole chicken. I used the BBQ System Poultry Roaster for the first time and the chicken came out moist and cooked to perfection. I received compliments from all who ate some of it. The insert has wholes in the bottom to drain the juices which ended up in the aluminum drip pan below the burners. It was easily clean up by hand. I don't have a automatic dish washer. I used Scotch Brite and Palmolive detergent with Dawn. It easily cut the grease. I recommend this to anyone who wants delicious, moist chicken cooked on their grill.
