I've had this fridge almost 1 year. Still dealing with frozen food in the refrigerated section. Many repairmen have been out here with all kinds of excuses. No matter how they set the controls, either the freezer doesn't freeze if they turn it so the regular food doesn't freeze or the freezer freezes & so does regular food. The last repairman told me I had too much food in it. I took out & used a lot of the food, still doing the same old thing! They changed out water & that didn't help. We are also dealing with damaged doors because they had ordered 3 sets to replace these & still can't get them in new ones that are not damaged. So disappointed as I have supported Whirlpool for years.

Which would have to be done again w You move it back. I quess whirlpool assumes all floors are level. The doors also creak like a haunted house’s door. Too much saving profits

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator has a butter compartment, 1/2 meat drawer which is exactly what I wanted. I don't like thge location of the light in the refrigerator section, it is in the middle in the front and gets in the way of tall items such as 2 liter soda bottles. Also would like to have more adjustment control of temperature instead of 4 preset settings. Freezer keeps food below 32 degrees F. Working very well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it a few months ago and it seems to work OK… But it makes a loud gurgling noise when the compressor is on. I don’t think it should be doing that. It’s pretty loud and it doesn’t seem like it supposed to do something like that.

I had always favored Whirlpool appliances anyway. My previous refrigerator was a GE and it was 22 years old. It was a great refrigerator. We never had any repairs done on it in all of that time. I hope we can get many years of use with this one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The reason for 4 stars is that it seems to make too much noise when running. Much louder than our prior Whirlpool. Other than that, we have been happy with the refrigerator. It was very hard to change the door opening from right to left. The screw holes for the handles were tough and appeared to not line up well.

The recommended setting seems colder than the recommended setting on the old fridge which is a good thing. You can purchase an optional ice maker if desired. And, this was a must for us due to kitchen layout, the handles are reversible.

I wasn’t looking for anything fancy with a lot of bells and whistles, or too expensive. This was a perfect fit. The only problem was the refrigerator door didn’t close properly. Called for repair, had new hinges put on, problem solved.

I rated it three stars because it would come with the availability to hook up an ice maker easily but it does not have the pump and water line that makes ice maker addition easy.

Just what I wanted. I specifically purchased an appliance that was made in America. I've had problems with other manufacturers.
