The day the refrigerator was delivered I left it alone to cool down. By the time my husband got home from work we noticed the refrigerator door wasn’t sealing. Within 24 hours there was condensation on the outside of the door frame and inside of the refrigerator. Thankfully you have 48 hours to call and reject the broken or defected appliance. I called and was told I had to wait 2 weeks before they would pick it up. During that 2 weeks the inside of the refrigerator had so much condensation it began to literally rain on my groceries! I hope the one I replace it with has no issues! On a separate note the shelves are fixed inside. That’s right you can’t adjust the height of shelves and it can’t hold a chili pot! At this point I’m thankful for the defect so I can buy something completely different! My local store manager has been awesome to work with. He is going to provide me a loaner refrigerator while I wait for my refund to process in order to buy something different! He will even honor the current sale price if the sale goes off before I am able to repurchase a new refrigerator!

Getting used to smaller interior but there does seem to be sufficient room. Shelves have better head room for taller container's. Doors were not level but installers fixed that problem

I researched: Visited 3 stores, picked brains of associates who are fridge pros, looked at Consumer Reports. Videos by Bens appliances and junk were helpful. I read reviews about how water drips after you fill your cup, and it does. But I have 2 teen boys so it is what it is. I also came across reviews stating the doors were uneven which made me paranoid when I saw mine were too, but it isn't causing cold to exit the fridge at all. I did not need anything electronically fancy because I learned it is that extra stuff that causes the need for repairs. purchased in February 2024, I like the space, and I am happy with purchase.

Great smaller side by side. Has more room in it than I thought

I purchased my new Whirlpool refrigerator online literally sight unseen all the information that was on the website was correct. The delivery drivers were courteous helpful and knowledgeable of the product. It was delivered promptly as per the instructions. This has to be the best for greater I ever owned. The wheels on the bottom do come forward sometimes but I put a piece of rubber in front of them and it stop that from happening in case somebody else had. I definitely would purchase this again and would definitely recommend Home Depot and world

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First one had to be replaced. The second one is exactly the same one. It ok but just ok. The ice and water are horrible. You can only put a small glass under it it get your ice and you have to hold the glass to put the water in. You don’t think to measure that when buying and then it to late once you have it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It would be much better if it had adjustable shelbes. The taller things(Bottles and Milk) have to go on door or top ahelf as there is no way to adjust height between shelves! I lobe everything else

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to replace a 13 year old Kenmore that quit. We looked at many makes and models online and selected this one. We're very happy with the looks and functionality of the refrigerator. The only criticism (and it's minor) is that the outside grill at the bottom of the unit shows a silver-colored bracket on each side -- would be better if the whole area was black.

At 1st it was great , but 3 weeks in and the product has failed to chill my food , I lost milk , ice cream and other dairy products. And now dealing with the claims department has proven to be even more of a waist of my time. Going forward I may not buy large appliances from Home Depot as I rather deal with a mom and pop outfit so I feel like I am an appreciated customer, right now I'm not feeling loved

I thought I needed a counter-depth refrigerator because of the limited width space needed to fit. But the counter-depth never gave me the storage space I needed.. This full sized side-by-side Model WRS325SDHZ was a perfect fit, looks beautiful and has ample storage space for my needs.

Freezer space is great. I also like that the outside doesn’t show the handprints like others. Temperatures inside seem stable and are correct. Very happy with this purchase so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall look is nice. The logo was falling off when we got it. The ice cubes are small. The water cat tray doesn’t come out far enough to catch drips but I like the spout. Inside the fridge is great but adjustable selfs would have been nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator fits perfectly and matches our other stainless steel appliances. The glass shelves inside in the fridge and freezer are easy to remove and clean. All three drawers in fridge are made of clear, hard plastic that allow you to see clearly the contents. The ice maker and water dispensers are quick! One must be cautious when grabbing some ice as the water dispenser is directly above the ice maker dispenser. Overall, there is plenty of storage room for groceries and leftovers for my family of two.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator about 8 months ago when my old one died and wished I would have shopped around more. The ice maker is very noisy and a technician is coming out soon to take a look at it so maybe that problem can be fixed. The plastic bins do not slide easily and I don’t care for the ice and water dispenser set-up. The ice dispenser is behind the water dispenser so many times while you are trying to get ice you inadvertently hit the water dispenser and have water running down the front of the refrigerator.
