[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very first day there was water on the floor under the corner of the freezer door. I thought maybe that it was because the water had just started to flow into the ice maker and maybe it would stop after the initial start-up. Wrong, six days later there was a large puddle of water on the floor in the same spot under the freezer door. I took the bottom trim off the refrigerator and saw the leak at the coupling where the water line comes from the bottom of the unit and goes up into the freezer door. I took it apart, wiped it off and put it back together to see if this will fix the problem. Time will tell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sleek stylish and more freezer space which is what we were looking for only downside is the doors when they open … they open very wide and there is no way to restrict how wide they open. If you have a counter or cabinets near by this could be difficult

Delivery drivers left styrofoam, dirty gloves, screws in front of driveway. I cleaned up in rain. Doesnt come w dairy door shelf. Water chilling system is roll of 1/4 tube fastened to the back of the fridge. Odd but simpler and less parts to break down. Pros: Fast Setup Good communication w delivery In door ice storage Lots of shelf space Cons: Left trash, screws in yard and on street No dairy door Light at back dim especially with gallon of milk near bulb. hard to see door shelves at night

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. I like that the water dispenser will dispense a set amount of water or count the ounces as you dispense. This is replacing a 15 year old refrigerator so expectations were high. The storage amount of this fridge compared to the old one, having the same outer dimensions, is amazing. We have an extra fridge in the garage but we might be able to get rid of it due to the amount of storage in this new fridge. The only complaint I have is the ice maker is slow, even when set to the speed mode. It's not a game changer but if you're a large family something to think about. Hope this one lasts 15 years too.

It's side by side, it's roomy, it has ice and water on the door. I looked on Google and people rated Whirlpool as "reliable" and that's what I wanted. So far it's been GREAT!

The water line is a bit louder than my last refrigerator and the ice maker on/off is not very easy to reach, so four stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great refrigerator! I don't know how they managed this but it's the same footprint as our old refrigerator but is 3 cubic feet larger. We love the extra space and it's laid out really well and the LED lighting is also great! I'm rating this down one star because we have been extremely disappointed in the ice maker. We are a family of give and the ice maker is constantly running out of ice even though we turn on the express ice feature almost every day (when we remember). The ice maker compartment also is tricky to get back into place sometimes and sometimes the ice doesn't come out through the door using the auger so we have to grab it manually through the inside of the freezer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this as part of building our new home. It is a nice unit with plenty of internal space. The user panel interface take a bit of getting used to. The ice and water dispensers are a bit slow responding to containers being placed on the pedals. The water dispenser releases water is bit more slowing than I would like and makes an unusual sound (somewhat of a grinding noise) as water is dispensed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems like there is always a but.....my biggest issue with this refrigerator is the poor spacing between shelves. Unless you put your somewhat tall bottles in the door, they pretty much have to go on the top shelf. One of the shelves had to be taken out because you'd pretty much need baby hands to get anything in or out of it. The freezer side is just a tad bit better space wise because the icemaker is in the door and not inside. I do wish that this model was available without an icemaker. My other issue is with the filters. Previous fridge had 1. This has 2 and I have not seen any generic filters on the market just yet which means you have no choice but to get their high dollar brand. Last thing I want to comment on is the noise. To me it's really not bad. My previous samsung was actually louder.

Stopped cooling after 1 year and 1 month now in sick buying another fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge was delivered on 12/5 and has immediately had problems. I love the storage space and the color! But the water dispenser has an issue and there is a fissure in the door above the ice maker that is getting bigger. My matching dishwasher just broke yesterday and my matching range, that was delivered 12/5 has issues with the bottom coil not working. I'm at a loss but repairs for all 3 items are pending on the 20th.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally broke down and bought this new side by side after my 17 year old Kenmore refrigerator finally died. I had been putting off replacing the old fridge because i know the old machines are just better made but the time had come. I have been very impressed with this fridge. The pros: 1) It has curved front doors and the interior is definitely larger than expected. In addition, the glass shelves reach further to the sides and further back than my old unit--bottles don't fall down if pushed too far backwards! 2) It is quiet 3) The freezer does indeed have more space because the ice-maker has been moved to the upper freezer door. 4) The water dispenser has a calibrated dispense function (dispenses exactly 8 oz or whatever you want) in addition to just a manual push for water. 5) The ice maker flap has a delayed close so stray ice cubes dont' get caught in the chute and melt. 6) digital temperator settings. The cons: 1) none of the shelves are adjustable. The shelf sizes are set and cannot be changed. The only thing you could do is completely remove a shelf. The door shelves are adjustable. 2) There is no egg shelf in the fridge. 3) the interior lighting is only fair. So definitely the pros outweight the cons. I recommend this refrigerator 100%!
