Great dryer
Had this dryer since buying it new in 2016.. The handle popped off, but nothing a little zip tie action couldn't fix.. Still works like a champ.

Whirlpool 5.9
Fits perfectly in the apartment space provided. This was the only full size dryer I found that would meet my requirements. Works great. I only wish it was quieter. My washer dryer area is close to the livingroom and watching TV while drying clothes is a little distracting.

Excellent Dryer for a Small Space

The dryer with companion washer are easy to use and a good price point. Took a while to receive and install due to many appliances on back order. Controls are simple.

It fits perfectly! Seems like dryers are getting bigger and bigger. My space is not that deep so I needed a dryer with a flat back. This only one I could find with a medium size capacity. This dryer fits like a glove and it big enough to take care of all of my wash.

Great Dryer

Works Like A Charm
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is, hands down, the best dryer I’ve ever had. I did not want digital controls so the features were similar to my old dryer. The difference is how must faster it dries. Love the energy preferred setting. Can’t go wrong with this dryer.

Great size for tight laundry space
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dryer for the tight laundry room I have. It has a flat back and fit perfectly. While it does its job of drying, it may need an extra cycle to fully dry the clothes. It tends to stop mid cycle, rests, and picks back up again to finish the rest of the cycle. Inconvenience. Repair request in progress. Purchased less than a year.

Only for for tight space
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've got an extremely shallow laundry area, so this 26" depth was about our only choice. It does what it's designed to do, and drys relatively quickly, but is small, very loud, and for what it is, expensive. For the same money, there are way better options if you have the space.

Economic choice

Dries really fast!

The only reason I didn’t give it an excellent rating is because it is louder than I would like. When we close the doors though, it doesn’t interfere with any of our activities.

Compact Size; Dries Well

Worrisome sounds

I probably should call a serviceman but I keep hoping it will go away. It drys the clothes okay and there was a terrible rattle when I first got it but that has gone away.

Broke in 13 months - service was horrible
Bought the dryer in AUG 2021 and it stopped working on SEP 2022, 1 month after warranty expired. I had not bought the extended wrnty. I called WPL customer support, it took hours to get through. Once connected, the WPL person said that since the unit was just 1 mon. out of wrnty, they were going to fix it at no charge. Bur when we scheduled the repair with their provider, they told us we will have to pay as they had no orders from WPL to cover the repair. We ended CX. Horrible product & service.

works great . . . except for the noise
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] delivered to me about a month ago - size restrictions made it impossible to put a bigger machine it. it dries perfectly but i wish the instruction manual was a bit more comprehensive. big complaint is the noise. i have to give a 20 lb. weight and a 15 lb. weight on top of it to keep it quiet. i've seen this complaint in other reviews. while it's under warranty i'm having a service representative coming to see if anything can be done about the noise.

Large capacity
