[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to replace a 13 year old Kenmore that quit. We looked at many makes and models online and selected this one. We're very happy with the looks and functionality of the refrigerator. The only criticism (and it's minor) is that the outside grill at the bottom of the unit shows a silver-colored bracket on each side -- would be better if the whole area was black.

At 1st it was great , but 3 weeks in and the product has failed to chill my food , I lost milk , ice cream and other dairy products. And now dealing with the claims department has proven to be even more of a waist of my time. Going forward I may not buy large appliances from Home Depot as I rather deal with a mom and pop outfit so I feel like I am an appreciated customer, right now I'm not feeling loved

I thought I needed a counter-depth refrigerator because of the limited width space needed to fit. But the counter-depth never gave me the storage space I needed.. This full sized side-by-side Model WRS325SDHZ was a perfect fit, looks beautiful and has ample storage space for my needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator a couple weeks ago and so far we’re really enjoying it. Plenty of shelving and ability to see everything. Freezer space is great. I also like that the outside doesn’t show the handprints like others. Temperatures inside seem stable and are correct. Very happy with this purchase so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall look is nice. The logo was falling off when we got it. The ice cubes are small. The water cat tray doesn’t come out far enough to catch drips but I like the spout. Inside the fridge is great but adjustable selfs would have been nice.

The glass shelves inside in the fridge and freezer are easy to remove and clean. All three drawers in fridge are made of clear, hard plastic that allow you to see clearly the contents. The ice maker and water dispensers are quick! One must be cautious when grabbing some ice as the water dispenser is directly above the ice maker dispenser. Overall, there is plenty of storage room for groceries and leftovers for my family of two.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator about 8 months ago when my old one died and wished I would have shopped around more. The ice maker is very noisy and a technician is coming out soon to take a look at it so maybe that problem can be fixed. The plastic bins do not slide easily and I don’t care for the ice and water dispenser set-up. The ice dispenser is behind the water dispenser so many times while you are trying to get ice you inadvertently hit the water dispenser and have water running down the front of the refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this Whirlpool because I like the quality. I wanted and received a white 2 door with frig on right and the freezer on left. I have had it at least a month. It is an exceptional appliance. If I had to buy a refrigerator again, Whirlpool will be my choice! It is handy and plenty of room. The only thing is I have a bit of trouble reaching the back on the upper shelf (on frig. side.) But that is not Whirlpool's fault but a heredity issue on my side. My family is enjoying it too! Keep up the great craftmanship!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge works fine. The only reason I didn't give it 5 starts is due to the hideous silver door hinges. The fridge is black and clashes with the silver hinges. I can't believe you wouldn't paint them black or provide a hinge cover.
