Quality of door is good. But ours had a crack that originated from shipping. Was able to hide cracked area and use it anyway.

Great looking door. But WHY WHY WHY would you use an oil-based primer??? I certainly don't want to use oil-based paints any more! There are some great latex trim paints available, that clean-up easy, and hold up to wear and tear. If you continue to use oil-based primers, at least put it in LARGE WARNING LETTERS that the consumer MUST use oil-based paint! I would not have purchased this door if I knew that I had to use oil-based paint. Since I paid for delivery, and I painted half of the front (wondering why the paint looked uneven) before realizing the issue, now I will have to sand and start all over again..... Very disappointed.....

I can’t really say if the product is any good, because for some reason it takes a MONTH to make a door!??? I’m thinking if I bought the wood, I could punch this out in a few hours, and I’m working in my garage, with no experience making a barn door. Is there any chance you could expidite this a bit?

The door is solid and well built and the company does a good job protecting the door for shipping. No dings or scratches. The only thing they could do better is fill and sand the joints at top and bottom of the Z bar. Price was incredible for the quality!

A very nice barn door with a nice primer finish. However, it is HEAVY weighing in at 85 pounds when you remove the protective packaging. I was concerned about hanging it on a metal stud wall but it worked out very well.

The solid door came as expected. Looks great!

Beautiful door...only complaint is groove in bottom of door. (we assume it's for a floor guide) but doesn't show that in the picture.

The door arrived in perfect condition. My handyman put it up easily and it has been such a blessing! I haven't even painted it yet! The primer paint looks great.
