Jon went above and beyond in assisting me and he provided the best customer service that I have received in many years. I have other stores that are closer but I will do all my future business with the Blue Ridge Home Depot because of Jon's excellent service.

PVC Pipe Shrinkage

Friendliest and most helpful of all the Home Depots I utilize.
I have used Home Depot for all my projects large and small for over 30 years. From building Houses to small home repairs, I have always been able to get whatever materials I needed (Struggled a bit during COVID but everyone did.) and advice was always available from an expert when I needed that as well. Of all the Home Depot stores I have used, the Blue Ridge Store is by far the best! Is it the peaceful mountain atmosphere or the number of experts (plumbers, electricians, contractors, builders, roofers...) who have retired and signed on with their expertise to the HD Team part time? I don't know. But it is ALWAYS a pleasure to shop there.

The lady named Kat is so knowledgeable and so helpful I always love to go in there and have her help me if I can't find a certain item she's always knowledgeable knows where it's at knows how to find it and I always leave happy that I've had her to help me
