Sold a used microwave as a new one
Horrible experience!! When I got my "brand new" microwave home, it had food splattered all over the inside of it!! It is disgusting!! When I tried to call the store to report what had happened, no answer! There's no user manual in the box and obviously the microwave has been used a time or two!! It's disgusting!!

Great service!
I recently purchased kitchen countertops from Home Depot and I couldn't be more impressed with the excellent service I received. Cassie and the store manager, Amber took the time to understand my needs and helped me select the perfect countertops for my kitchen.
Throughout the entire process, the Home Depot team was incredibly helpful and responsive. They answered all of my questions and provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision. They even went above and beyond to ensure that my countertops were installed perfectly and on time.

My preferred homedepot
I always enjoy shopping at this location. I think I shop here more than my husband. They always have what I need from house plants, to cleaning supplies, to home projects. The store is clean and staff are friendly.

Above and beyond customer service
To a customer who isn’t familiar with electrical items, it was awesome having an employee help find items that the electrician sent me for. Parri, at Clarksville store, took item list and found them and confirmed they were correct items, then took us to Zcustomer Service to check us out. Stores need more employees with customer service skills, such as Parri.

Filthy store
There were carts and piles of trash in numerous places throughout the store. Numerous associates walking in pairs throughout the store but none offered to assist me. I spent 30 minutes in the store and was never once greeted by any associate.
