Bad Customer Service
I was forced to purchase and then return a bad quality tool for showing my bad experience with the tool and trying to avoid being unable to use the tool, saving my time and a trip to store for returning back the item.

Home depot spends all time and effort finding new ways to annoy people then drive customers away
What a bunch of idiots. I needed a relatively high end tool (Milwaukee M18 grinder). Website said 2 in stock, could not locate and employee said system is always wrong and they were sold out, what they did have was locked in cages so you couldn't even buy it. As I was walking out already upset I found the 2 "in stock" sitting in a display right by cashier and next to the door other side of store. No lock, nothing. No one would have found them and anyone else could have grabbed and walked out.

My GO-To Place
I was lacking in how to navigate my Home Depot app. Katterin assisted me in this. She is a young lady with a pleasant attitude and dedicated to service. The store reflects the same welcoming atmosphere. This is definitely due to the staff and management working together. As a retired manager, I quickly pick up on these traits in a business. Thanks for being such a place!!!

overall positive shopping experience at Home Depot
While I had an overall positive shopping experience at Home Depot, there were a few minor frustrations I encountered:
Limited staff availability: At certain times, I noticed that it was challenging to find a store associate readily available for assistance. It would have been helpful to have more staff members on the floor, especially during busy periods.
Out-of-stock items: On a couple of occasions, I couldn't find certain items I needed because they were out of stock. It would have been beneficial if the store had better inventory management to ensure a more consistent availability of essential products.
Long checkout lines: During peak hours, the checkout lines tended to be quite long, resulting in a longer wait time. It would have been more convenient if additional registers were open or if there were self-checkout options available to expedite the process.
Difficulty in locating specific products: While the store layout is generally well-organized, I faced some challenges in finding specific items due to large store size and limited signage. Improved labeling or interactive store maps could help customers navigate more efficiently.
These frustrations are relatively minor and didn't significantly impact my overall satisfaction with Home Depot. I appreciate the opportunity to provide feedback and believe that addressing these areas could further enhance the shopping experience for customers.

Do you or do you not want my money?
Mohammed is an associate at this store 4648. He tried to prevent me from buying the tools I needed for my job. There is a Dewalt deal going on where you’re able to get a free battery with a qualified combo kit. All of the tools I was trying to buy qualified for this deal. He was so fixated on telling me I wouldn’t get the free battery and I would have to pay full price. I got tired of hearing him, so I grabbed the tools myself and went to the register and long behold… I get a free battery.
