Bought Day lilies and top soil….. what I got for top soil was low grade mulch. ‘‘This was a very poor experience. Buyer beware. Try elsewhere.

The store inventory was good. All staff and managers were knowledgeable and resourceful. Although I arrived at the end of the day; store employees helped me make my purchases in a competent and friendly manner.

Everyone was courteous and helpful definitely will be back

Parking is easy. Employees are trained to help us find what we need. Everyone is friendly. The greenhouse has so many new flowers and plants that are beautiful this week. And their garden tool section is well-supplied. We had fun there Sunday!!

I came in with pictures and item numbers of exactly what I wanted. The lady that helped me with the range and dryer made sure to tell me that this is not her section and she gets off at 4:30. The lady at the service desk sighed when I asked if she was who I should give my papers to pay for my items. Both lady’s left a sour taste in my mouth about this location.

ordered something online. wrong address. spent 1 full week trying to change the address. HD said call the shipper. The shipper said call HD. Neither resolved it. Store said, sorry about your luck" we don't have anything to do with online orders. Fex X finally admitted, more than a week later and copious amounts of emails that they lost my special order. BIG BOX stores have ruined our world.

Ray and EJ was so helpful in putting the Hot Water Tank on the cart for me, taking it to the front for me to checkout and helping me to place it in my vehicle. Those young men went above and beyond and I'm so grateful.

Every time I visit this location the staff is very friendly and able to give me exact location for the item I am seeking. If not they will take out their devise and look up where I can locate the item. I like that personal care

I'm a early shopper. Since the pandemic I have acquired many plants. The workers at this location were very knowledgeable about plates types and seasonal concerns. I greatly appreciate their assistance and feedback deciding which plats to purchase and what grows best together.

Dolly in home appliances approached us to see if she could be helpful. We were looking for a particular model of microwave and she used computer and then a personal search to find the unit we wanted. Then recruited another store employee to move boxes to gain access to the unit. All the while pleasant and personable.
