How can I prepare my home for summer temps?
Be confident your home is set for relentless summer heat by replacing faulty components of your hardscaping. Check cinder blocks and brick for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces. If water gets inside the cracks, you might be dealing with damage. On your house's exterior, examine roof shingles or metal roofs for damage or rust that could let water come in. Keep gutters fully functional to prevent excess water from backing up into your home when storms arrive. Lastly, chimney caps and vinyl siding should be changed out if they're badly weathered.
What types of moving boxes do you have?
Pick up a mix of moving boxes to make moving and storage easier. We've got the sizes you want, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it safely. Look into our rental moving trucks, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.
Why should I get a generator?
Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for any circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with tornados, blizzards, or strong winds, a portable generator lets you enjoy power when the elements take it out. When exploring different generators for sale, remember that portable generators cost less and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're heavier and louder. For safety purposes, always run your generators outdoors, away from doors and windows.
What are the benefits of doorbell cameras?
Enjoy safety, peace of mind, and privacy with a wireless or wired doorbell camera. Stop peeking through an adjacent window when you can see animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you chat remotely via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off would-be porch pirates. Most cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you flexible accessibility. Save video clips for future reference and worry less with more control.
