Does The Home Depot have a power tool sale?
Come see us in the Apple Valley store from 10/27–2/1 for the best tool deals. In our power tool sale, you'll find savings on saws, hand tools, drills, and even power tool batteries. We have everything you need to refresh your home for the holidays. Complete your current project with bargains you'll only find during our tool savings event.
How do I prepare for an ice storm?
Protect plumbing with pipe insulation and outdoor faucet covers. Ensure you've got food and can openers, drinking water, flashlights and batteries, a weather radio, medications, and buckets. Ice melt or rock salt, a snow blower and snow shovel, a heated jacket and gloves, and a toboggan help you deal with slippery hazards and enjoy the snowfall.
Should I get a portable generator or an inverter generator?
Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for whatever circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with tornados or severe thunderstorms, a portable generator lets you enjoy electricity when the elements take it out. When browsing generators for sale, don't forget that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. Always run your generators outdoors, away from doors and windows, for safety purposes.
What are the benefits of doorbell cameras?
Enjoy privacy, peace of mind, and safety with a wireless or wired doorbell camera. No more peeking through a nearby window when you can watch animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you chat remotely via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off would-be porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Most cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you flexible and easy accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference as it suits you.
