I fell here. There was too much water and slick ground for anyone to be walking. By the time I saw the sign, I was already down and bleeding.

As the gardening season has been progressive, the quality, cleanliness, and organization of the outdoor garden center has become more and more terrible. Dead plants scattered everywhere, not being watered or cared for. Literally plants all over the ground, knocked over, some of them dead. The attached image was 2 days after a storm. Apparently 2 days is not enough time to tidy up and the water was from a hose that was just left running, not watering anything, just flooding the area. Plants advertised as being green or producing flowers in all seasons, not listing hardiness zones, and when you search they’re zones 9-12. Plants being sold in zone 5 should not be advertised with no hardiness zones listed and claiming to be “bloom in all seasons”.

Everyone needs to get in the same page. They need to provide more help when products are not there. Rented a sander, but the recommend paper was not there. Had to go to 3 stores. Also they loaded the same upside down and it tore the inside door of my new car. No one even offered to fix it when I brought it up. I'm very unhappy, it's a new car

In this case, it was a 3 piece adapter set for Ridgid Shop Vacs. 87th and Dan Ryan didn't have it -- 47th and Western did.

It's a beautiful store to have in the neighborhood

I chased down 4 different employees to try to get someone by the wire area. Stood there for roughly 20 minutes waiting watching countless employees just walk by on their personal cell phones.

I went in and 3 employees totally ignroed that I was a customer. I heard, "Its not my department, I am on break, and one said I'll call someone" but no one ever came. I did finally speak to an employee (Santiago) who was not only kind, but also very interested in me getting what I needed. I am not sure honestly if it was his department but he stood by me, made sure I understood the product and just made sure I had everything I needed. This is what great customer service should be. I think more employees need to shadow him. After all you NEVER KNOW who the secret shopper is!

I have been to home depot a lot in the past few months. I was able to get my outlet and screws; and the employees are always so helpful! Sorry, I can't give you a pic; the outlet is already in my garage! 47th Western is my favorite store! But, I will travel to any store to get what I need!

I needed to order some things online for my project and everyone I encountered was so helpful. I was a breeze the associates took the time to explain everything to me. I really appreciated that. I will definitely shop at that store again.

CJ is a great manager and asset to Home Depot.

There was not enough employee to help at the check out and had the worse security people. The security people accused me of stealing even though i paid the merchandise with home depot credit card. The security person did not want to check at the security camera and or the credit card. The person force me to sign document and took my picture. Be aware people.

Alan in plumbing really knows his stuff, has helped me out several times figure a few things out,Belinda at the register couldn’t be a nicer person I look forward to seeing her when I’m in the store.

Fast Check Out In And Out In Not Time!

Employees are given minimum authority. You waits 20 minutes or more for a manager, because both goes to lunch at the same time. Prices are just right. Exchanges are a no no, gives you a hard time. Parts were missing from my air pump. Returned it for an exchange. Did have same model, any more, didn't have my receipt. They replaced it, with the newer one, same price mine cost., but made me pay an extra $10 and some changes, when I found the receipt later, I came, back to claim my money. They have excuses. I didn't get my money back. I was told I could, but I didn't get it back.

Always very pleased with Home Depot’s Garden center. I love the floral and plant selections, the amount of options, and every one’s willingness to help if needed.

I could shop at so many Home Depots but I choose this one. The employees make the trip worth it, they are knowledgeable and patient items are always stocked.

4/18/2024 at 8:18 had a really bad experience with the cashier Damaris I was talking on the phone with a customer when she went up to my face snapping her finger on my face I would of understand if checking out my stuff but that does justify her actions
