I went into the store after 9pm and at first they didn’t want to let me in but then after I explained that I wanted to go in just to get another propane tank since i was having a get together. The guy and woman infront of front end let me go in to get a replacement for my propane tank! Thanks you guys!!! Saved me another trip!

I bought a new refrigerator and thankfully I was able to experience great customer service from a informative employee Tatiana, she was patient and walked me comparing different products that will benefit me.

Torque and 1200 ft lbs.max breakaway tool wt.6.0 lbs plenty of power with three speeds OMG.The fastest ive changed all four tires in 20 minutes I will be using this tool on allot of my projects as well a Must buy.

I find items exactly as I need them. They have a great selection of items and by far more items in stock than other stores.

I purchased lumber and the gentlemen who assisted gave really good advice on how to complete my project. This was a bonus for me.

Great time in the store today. Everyone was helpful and friendly as usual. The store was clean and very comfortable. I found what I was looking for immediately. Assistance was within an arms length at all times.

I was treated unfairly my the garden cashier after he told me the register was closed due to him have to find an item for another customer. I was told before that a cashier does not leave they post unattended. Double standard

Found what we needed on our own, employees were not very helpful. Checking out was bad because no one wanted to honor a sale that was posted In plain daylight. It toke 4 employees to confirm something that was already obvious, left without products because I was standing there waiting for 40 minutes (with still no answer).

The Home Depot store is clean the aisles and shelves are in order the prducts are affordable and easy to find.The staff is friendly Thank You All Essential Workers !

Very unsatisfied with my shopping experience. The store parking lot is a caos no lines to guide drivers where to park, spaces are to tight. When paying long lines to pay, very few cashiers to assist customers.

I was extremely happy when this opened near my home. I especially like knowing exactly where to find my items in the store because of the great details included online. I'm usually asked if I need help locating and item. I'm able to walk through the store without running into anything.

I needed assistance with a small project and everyone that I reached out to was able to answer my questions and point me in the right direction which was encouraging and I was able to get everything that was needed. Mission accomplished......

Overall i have always great experience in this store other than restroom cleanings .

This is ok. Would the store 5 stars but it lacks items, materials and the Home Depot app is not correlating with the qualities. I have search for items in my app and it says they have it and I come to the store finding out items there are non and have to go to another store. Customer service is not the best. Need to hire professionals. There is only one person that is very helpful “Carmen” from pro customer. Employees should take examples from her.

My first and the last one from this store. Never buy again, from Home Depot. I ordered online than when I checked inside the store they said we don’t have on stock. Than they give me 2 options choose something else or refund and will take few days, so was a wasting time and money and lost the job with my customer

REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, EXPECT TO SPEND A WHOLE DAY JUST IN SHOPPING, FOR A SMALL PROJECT. EMPLOYEES NEVER AVAILABLE WHEN NEEDED. WHEN YOU MAKE A COMPLAIN, EXPECT OVER AN HOUR TO TALK TO A MANAGER OVER THE PHONE(REALLY TO MAKE THEM AWARE OF THEIR PROBLEMS). HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE???? SPECIAL ORDERS CASHIERS HAVE THEIR OWN CONVERSATIONS WHILE CUSTOMERS WAIT FOR THEM TO TAKE CARE OF THEM.(NOBODY CARES YOUR POINT OF VIEWS ABOUT POLITICS)

The expedition with Homedepot staff is on point, couldn't be more impressed with their attitude and team work to assist me in receiving the answers I needed and product. Thank you all at the Homedepot on 47th & Western.

Great help and customer service which began with the greeting by security to responsive help in the aisles with product selection fast cashiers and bonus help to my car with large heavy items !!! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff wonderful shopping experience!!!

The store was very clean during pandemic and heat. I was able to access what I was looking for easy and quickly. The associates were very kind and helpful.

Only issue is better check out lines. The check out line was outside, after grabbing my items I had to go outside to get in the line because the line was long and there was no employee outside monitoring the line or merchandise.

I had a bad experience yesterday but I went back this morning so overall it's ok

The personnel at the returns and Pick up area are rude with attitudes!

Zero customer service skill.

The store was clean, great employees.

The employees need to be aware of products that exist on the shelves & when they don’t know if the store carries it, they really need to look it up or ask someone else instead of just saying they don’t know.
