What's on sale for Spring Black Friday?
The Home Depot Spring Black Friday Sale is back and better than ever. Save big on lawn and garden and outdoor power equipment, including lawn mowers, mulch, and soil, then update your patio furniture or grill so you're ready to enjoy the season. You can also get a jump on spring cleaning with storage and DIY projects by taking advantage of low prices on tools. Don't forget to embrace energy-efficient living with new appliances, too. This spring sale runs from April 9th through 22nd, so shop fast.
How can I prep my home for flip-flopping spring temps?
Be certain your home is equipped for spring temperature shifts by repairing faulty parts of your home and hardscaping. Check cinder blocks and bricks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage and missing pieces. If water gets in the cracks, you could be looking at trouble. On the exterior of your home, inspect shingles or metal roofs for rust or damage that might let water in. Keep gutters clear and functional to prevent overflow from backing up into your home. Lastly, chimney caps and vinyl siding should be changed out if they're in poor condition.
Do you have specialty moving boxes?
Make storage or moving easier by picking up a mix of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you're searching for, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it safely. Remember to check out our moving truck rentals if you need those, too.
Do I need a generator?
Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for whatever circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with severe thunderstorms or strong winds, a portable generator lets you enjoy power after the elements take it out. When searching for generators for sale, keep in mind that inverter generators cost more than portable generators, but they're also quieter and cleaner. For safety purposes, always run your generators outdoors, away from doors and windows.
Do you have wired or wireless doorbell cameras?
Enjoy peace of mind, privacy, and safety with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. No more peeking through a peephole or window when you can see human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you chat remotely via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off would-be porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Many cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you easy accessibility. Save video clips for future reference as it suits you.
