Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

How long is The Home Depot Father's Day Sale?

Let your dad know you care by finding him Father's Day gifts that fit his interests. Check out the savings at The Home Depot Father's Day Sale, and get great deals on everything from smart home gifts and outdoor power equipment to tools and appliances. You can even save up to $100 on select grills. These bargains run online and in-store from June 4–24 only, so shop fast.

How can I prep my home for scorching summer temps?

Be confident your home is ready for summer temps by replacing or repairing faulty parts of your hardscaping and home. On the exterior of your home, examine shingles or metal roofs for damage that might let water in. Keep gutters functional and clear to keep rain overflow from backing up into your home when storms arrive. Chimney caps and vinyl siding should be swapped out if they're in poor condition. Also, check cinder blocks and brick for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage and missing pieces. If water gets inside the cracks, you could be looking at a problem.

Do you carry small moving boxes?

Make moving or storage easier by picking up an assortment of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you're searching for, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion any and all items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it safely. Don't forget to check out our moving truck rentals if you need those as well.

Why should I get a generator?

Restore electricity in your home even after severe storms and wind take it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are quieter and cleaner than traditional portable generators. They adjust to whatever power load is requested. This means they'll make less noise in times of lesser demand. When searching for generators, keep in mind that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. For safety purposes, always run your generators outdoors, away from doors and windows.

Do you have doorbell cameras?

Enjoy peace of mind, privacy, and safety with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a peephole when you can see human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you chat remotely via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off wannabe porch pirates. Many cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you flexible and easy accessibility. Save video clips for future reference as it suits you.

What's the project for the free Kids Workshop?

Team up with your little ones to make this fun craft while supplies last. Remember to enjoy the fruits of your labor and leave some time to play a few rounds of DIY soccer!
