I would like to commend Jared and Gianna for their exceptional service. They were both very enthusiastic and helped me a lot. Not only did they answer my questions, but they also went above and beyond to offer additional assistance. For instance, since English is not my first language, Gianna even called to check if there was a version of the manual available in my native language while printing it out for me. Additionally, Gianna even helped by calling to report a potential rust issue with the dryer drum that I had just received. Although my husband mentioned it might be a normal occurrence, Gianna and Jared still recommended that we report it within 48 hours. They explained that having a record of the issue would be beneficial for future returns or exchanges. I truly appreciate all the things they did; they made me feel very warm.

The Apex Home Depot is full of associates who are welcoming and happy to assist you with all of your shopping needs. The store is also full of products, easily accessible on the shelves so that you can be in and out in a flash. Its the store I go to wether I know what I want or not because I know either way I’m going to leave with what I need.

Terrible delivery service

I don’t believe this specific store is the problem, but rather HD corporate. The store people were pleasant and stock was good. However, HD Corp keeps sending me promotions for varying dollars off my next visit, and lists specific items it can’t be used on, but NOWHERE does it say not good on building materials. Just a scam to get you into the store. I don’t want to deal with a company that is deceptive. There are good alternatives.

I am writing to commend the exceptional service I received at your Apex, NC location at 1000 Vision Dr. During my recent visit, I was assisted by Sally in the Plumbing Department and Mervat, who was my cashier. Sally went above and beyond to help me find the right adaptors for a portable water heater, demonstrating both expertise and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Her patience and thoroughness made a complex task much easier and left a lasting impression. Mervat was warm, efficient, and attentive during checkout. She ensured my transaction went smoothly and made me feel valued as a customer. Both women exceeded my expectations and truly exemplified what excellent service means. The cashier was very helpful in telling me the location of the item I was looking for and had patience with me when my credit card chip wasn't working.

A young boy named Trell went above and beyond to help me. He guided me in finding everything I needed and even offered to load my stuff into the truck. He was polite, professional, and extremely helpful from start to finish. Truly outstanding customer care!

My trips to the Apex store are always an adventure. I start projects and they almost always grow into something unexpected. I show up with something in hand and start looking for an assistant to give me ideas as to how I can accomplish my end goal. Gianna, in the appliance section, has been more than helpful in getting diagrams and directions for mounting microwaves and ventilation templates. She knows her stuff. I enjoy every trip and look forward to the next one.

I purchased a LG dishwasher on July 4th! Wonderful service! My husband snd I were impressed with the salespersons care and knowledge! She went through the features of all the models on the floor. Made printouts for us to look at as we made our choice! She was African American!

Great store and associates

Marvet was very helpful. She gave us a very personalized service going above and beyond to explain the different vacuum cleaner and allowed us to make an informed decision based on her explanation.

Where Home Depot used to stock half a dozen choices for something like a given tooth count of reciprocating saw blade, today you'll find two. So much of what I need is "ship-to-store" only too. I'm driving past the HD just down the road more often these days. Our local small hardware store has a much better inventory for fasteners and other small hardware items, and competitors have an increasingly better selection of everything else.

Went into the Apex, NC HD to buy a couple of items. The receipt printer was not working. The associates in the self-check out could not fix it. They sent me to the customer service desk, who also could not fix it. The manager that eventually showed up was brusque and rude and said I could just take the products or not take them, she didn't really care. Either way, I never got my receipt, which I needed for reimbursement.

Always friendly and well stocked

I bought $1900 worth of materials and had them delivered and only one board was damaged and delivery and an associate from the Cary store Make sure that I got a new one delivered. That is good customer service keep up the good work.

I had a leak below my deck. The guy I called quoted $190 to fix it. Since i need this fixed ASAP, I decided to visit the Apex NC, Home Depot near my house and talk to someone. Sally was working at Plumbing. She knew how to fix the leak. She explained how to fix it and help me buy the parts to fix it. Sure enough the leak was fixed for about $15.00. Thank you Home Depot for employing someone like Sally.

John (JXW267) assisted my wife and me with the selection and purchase of a new LG Refrigerator. He was excellent to work with. Knowledgeable, personable, patient, and thorough. He is outstanding as a person and a credit to Home Depot! Best Ever!

This amazing woman named Gianna was helping not just me but several folks in appliances and she is so knowledgeable! If she doesn't have the answer she will find it. Please show her appreciation as a she is valuable.

"Sebastian" at customer service was fantastic. The employees were anxious to help me load my car. This store has great instock merchandise.

Employee refused to honor the price on their own ad. Very poor attitude towards customers.

I had an Awesome Experience while shopping at the Apex Hike Depot. It’s always fun going into Home Depot around Christmas time abs seeing all the decorations. The staff is always polite and eager to help if I have questions. I look forward to purchasing more items there in the future.
