ANTIONETTE, AT THE FRONT SERVICE COUNTER, MADE THIS TRANSACTION SMOOTH AND SEAMLESS. I WAS IN AND OUT WITHIN 15 MINUTES AND HAD MY NEW WATER HEATER LOADED IN THE TRUCK.

Rick L. Was so friendly, respectful, & happy to answer all questions. He personally walked me to areas and willingly helped with my items I purchased. It was so refreshing to have assistance in Home Depot Sunday, will continue shopping here!

My husband needed paint/stain to match what we had on the garden bridge. The paint department matched the correct color and also advised him on what type of stain to use. The service was quick and efficient. I also wanted a deer that was sold out but the manager found it for me at another store. He listened to my story of how I wanted to surprise the grandchildren and he searched until he found one for me.

I recently renovated my bathroom I bought everything I needed at the Home Depot in Apex, the person in plumbing by the name of Sally she helps me with everything, extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to Super employee you’re lucky to have her

Today Gianna helped me purchase a washer and dryer. She was knowledgable and a good communicator. She kept her cool as two other shoppers wanted her attention and she didn't hurry through our transaction. Top notch employee!

We are adding a bathroom, and bought the toilet - as the store - and got the features we wanted (the team working that area found it for us on the end-cap display). We also bought a cool tube with whirlpool online, it was delivered to the store. We stopped in to see how big the crate was - and they brought it from the back to the front, we looked at it and they took it back until we could come with a truck. Nice place and nice people. Constantine was very helpful in the electrical department. I highly recommend you ask him if you have any questions but all the employees were friendly.

Joel in the flooring department, early this morning went out of his way by making me feel easy. I was a little stressed in locating tile that had all the same lot numbers. He patiently moved box after box to find exactly what I needed.

I purchased a gazebo and Raul, the store manager helped with delivering it to my home. I can't thank him enough for the personal service he provided.

Two gals, Jan and Diane in the garden center work very hard in satisfying us customers… it’s time for the company to satisfy them… give them a bonus or something rewarding.

Always have had a positive shopping experience here. The store is clean and well stocked, the employees are friendly and very helpful, and the prices are great.

Greg, a manager at this HD location took the time to help me resolve a problem with my purchase. He followed up with me until my issue was resolved. Highly recommend this location in Apex.

The prude thing worker in power tools and the cashier Mervat were amazing. I wish the aisle worker from the power tools section, I couldn’t get his name but amazing as well

The color carpet looks way lighter on the floor , it’s embarrassing , cheap, tacky ! Go s somewhere else where the sakes people know more about carpet selection

I’ve been to other warehouse stores but with this location I was able to schedule a carpet measurement appointment and leave with samples. Didn’t have to hunt down a person to assist me. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Professional and knowledgeable staff. Recommend this store if you own a home.

Home Depot, Apex, NC is my husband’s and my “Go-To” for all our remodeling, garden, tool, and everything from storm doors to weed control. A favorite for how the staff treats customers, fast and efficient checkouts, and ease and convenience of shopping. I shop at three retailers: Home Depot, local Food Lion, and Costco. All prices at each keep me coming back BUT the customer service, for an “older” lady, is especially useful at Home Depot. I’m confident grocery shopping and wandering around Costco, but often need product advice shopping at Home Depot, where I’m less knowledgeable. The STAFF is always product savvy and courteous!

Close to my house and traffic is much better than the other ones nearby. Service persons are pleasant too.

I travel from Durham as the folks that work in the Apex Home Depot are always helpful and friendly. The store is well managed and staffed.

I have saved a lot of money on service calls by doing it myself, with the help of the friendly people at Home Depot. It's a big store with the small-town feel. People are friendly, pro-active with their help and advice.

Savanna ( Jarvis ) was really helpful in helping me out with a return and re order she was very pleasant when sometimes it can be difficult day in and day out of dealing with customers. I felt she cared. I will shop here again!

I just left the longest most negative review re this store! It is So Terribly Troubling to drive into such a poorly lit parking lot at night, w Only One Parking Lot Light lit where I saw Zero cars last night & other nights, & All Other Lights Have Failed To Give Any Light at all! I moved cloceby over a month ago & when u move, you need more home goods. But I will skip this place if it continues to have only one parking lite! I will vow to come & check if the lighting improves but will not park but drive to Lowels where they light up the store & parking lot fully!

Had purchased a product that then went on sale shortly after and Home Depot stood behind their policy of refunding the difference.

Just a quick thank you to Mervat who helped us self check out today and gave my daughter a special gift to build, she made us both feel special and had a big smile on her face whilst helping us. Fantastic customer service.
