I had an Awesome Experience while shopping at the Apex Hike Depot. It’s always fun going into Home Depot around Christmas time abs seeing all the decorations. The staff is always polite and eager to help if I have questions. I look forward to purchasing more items there in the future.

We needed help finding a particular switch in the electrical department. Stan went out of his way to find it, even though it wasn’t on the shelf

Stan, an employee at the Beaver creek store was so very helpful on our last visit. He was patient and pleasant and helped load us up as well!

Went to Home Depot to buy a Washing Machine where I was greeted by a sales associate in the Appliance Dept. who was so knowledgeable and after hearing our needs pointed us in the right direction and in no time we bought the Washer and the Apex Home Depot has quality products but more important they have QUALITY SALES ASSOCIATES ! THANK YOU SO MUCH !!

We purchased a new refrigerator....Jerad our salesman was professional, knowledgeable, and did not waste our time. Totally enjoyable experience.

I shop there frequently and at least one employee approaches me and asks if I need help- every time I shop. They are helpful and knowledgeable.

Jared looks like Brett Favre and delivered a laser into the end zone for a touchdown on our visit. Helped us get financing and explained everything with precision and genuine care. A consummate professional and someone who is at the top of their game.

Shoua was very helpful. Went out of his way to let me know about a promotion that saved me money. Very rare these days.

This store has a great plant selection and the plants seem much healthier than at other neighboring stores. They are not all crowded together and seem well cared for. Also, the workers very helpful.

Salesman "Jared" was super helpful, and was very knowledgable about the products for sale in his department. Professional, courteous, and made very helpful suggestions during the selection and purchase process. I ended up with a range/oven that fully met my needs along with a service plan.

I can’t say enough about the customer service at the Apex Home Depot. Cass took a lot of time ordering ceiling fans and accessories that were not in stock at the store. She also went out of her way to set up installation with a choice of sub contractors. Great customer support, Thank you!

We absolutely love this store because the people who run it are amazing at what they do, experts that are so knowledgeable but even better they have a heart to serve and help the customer, patiently and politely even when I hear customers can be belligerent. Thank you for being such a great example of a model store.

Items that should be in stock are not and customer service reps avoid customers. Don’t count on getting help while shopping.

Always enjoy the availability at this location vs more urban locations like Cary/Raleigh.

Tonight we needed help with a gardening project and we had concerns about the parking lot being very dark. Givon, Arnell, and Josue helped us with the products we needed for our project and helped us think through assembly. They also helped us find pavers. Front desk team and Rhonda were awesome.

Compared to other stores and staff. I will say this is the best out of the 4 in the area that I have used and worked on projects with.
