I find almost ALL Home Depot stores to be understaffed, especially in the afternoon and evening. When you can actually get someone to help, they are very helpful.

Great store , very clean and the staff was friendly.

Customer service is poor. Always has been a problem

The service desk people don't know the price of the wood panels outside, can't spell, and pull up old addresses and telephone numbers. And, you have to wait in line a long time.

The store was clean and well stocked, everyone was busy helping others and I received great service while I was there!

This home Depot has excellent employees that are always very helpful. The store is always clean and items are easy to find.

This location offers exceptional Customer Service, most notably by Josh in the Customer Service Department. I shop at this location at least once a week on average and I have never been disappointed with the level of service offered by all employees in every department.

The store was clean and easy to find what I was looking for. Employees knowledge my children and me. My three year old was saying Hi to everyone and the employees, said hi and took there time to shake her hand and ask her how was her day. It was so sweet. My daughter smiled and started to sing. She singed 'Twinkle little star" and an employee started to sing with her. My daughter was laughing and stated to sing loud and happy. It made me feel great. Thank you Guys. She talked about the store and the lady that singed with her for weeks. Every time I passed the store, she reminded me. Wow, Amazing thank you

Home Depot seem to be short on associates in the evening and WEEKENDS. THE STORE IS OVER CROWDED ON WEEKENDS. It is difficult to find knowledgeable associates to help. I am a senior citizen and I sometimes need help to find things, or have a "HOW TO" question explained, or order custom items and there is no associate with knowledge in the store. I would recommend this store ONLY because it is the only store the area.

I have been visiting and shopping at this Balch Springs store since the store opened . I have always enjoyed for shopping and able to get what I needed. The employees are always friendly and helpful, they have helped me to find the products which I have had needed. The prices are good and I do not have any complaints.

Great service all products are available at all times

Good visit, but when look for certain product, and walking store, not one associate asked they could help me. Only one acknowledged my presence.

An employee assisted me before I stepped foot into the store and ensured I had an easy process throughout swapping propane tanks. She also took the time to become familiar with the process so she could better assist future customers with the same request. Top notch employee!

My store experience is always great. The cashiers are always readily available. The floor associates are very courteous and value the customer's time. I appreciate their willingness to help and patience through any questions I have. There may be times you have to try to track an associate down since they are pretty much running around everywhere, but once you locate one, they go over and beyond to help.

I was very happy with the help that I received at the Customer Service desk.

Over several weeks' time I was in and out of the store with questions and decisions about updating our kitchen. Bede Nwoso was extremely patient and helpful each time. We also had a great experience with associates in other departments, too. They were all proactively helpful and cheerful.

Anthony (Ant) was the most kind and nice and respectful employee I've seen in a Store WHEN HE DIDN'T HAVE TO BE.

The store associates are off the chain here at this location; they are friendly and eager to help and they are extremely attentive. For example, if you are looking in one particular area for too long, someone comes over and ask if they can help you locate anything. I love it!!

Cashier was extremely rude! The gentleman in the lumber department was very helpful and nice but the cashier was so rude and hateful I will not return to this store
