A washing machine was supposed to be delivered today, it was supposed to be here between 12:00 -4:00 they caked 2 his early, then left. We've waited since Thursday for this, don't need the complete incompetence.

Employees were better than usual. Most of the time you can’t get anyone to help you

My wife and I will never order flooring from this store again. Errors were made in each step of the process: measuring, ordering, financing, and install. The store manager has been unwilling to speak with us or even offer a discount for the weeks of trouble, dozens of phone calls, and the currently unfinished job. If you order from here I highly recommend you have plenty of free time to handle the fallout.

Have found employees to be much friendlier than other Home Depot Stores I have been too.

This store gives you the small town experience but with the convenience of a large chain with a large inventory

Bought a few items for the kitchen and was pleased Home Depot had what I needed. Trina was good as always.

The cashier (Lisa) at the self checkout is overly pushy. We don't mind doing self checkout so we can quickly check ourselves out and prefer to go up to the register closest to the door so we're not blocking the aisle and other people can easily get through, but she completely ignored us when I stated my preference twice. She took it upon herself to start scanning our items with our huge cart blocking everyone. And again, I said we can do it. She said "no, I'm fine." She should have been at a manned register instead of taking over at the SELF CHECKOUT. I feel like she thought we weren't going to scan all of our items or something, which is upsetting since we are regular customers and have never had an issue like this.

I went through the store looked at whatever I wanted to look at and enjoyed my visit there. Found everything I was looking for when I got to the checkout Lisa was there to help me. She helped me through everything saved me $25 on my purchase and she was so nice and helpful and I appreciate that.

3 online orders in a row messed up by this store because of inaccurate inventory. Even after attempting to verify on phone. Dont know what to say other than avoid!

Had a great experience with a cashier. (Trina) Was helping a customer beside me and took time to help me also with an issue in the self check out.

Every visit is a success.

Drove 45 minutes. Inventory off by 82 sheets of 3/4 4x8. Asked manager about correcting said it wasn't his job.
