Okay store they have a few things that could be improved

I ordered gutters to pick up, went and pick them up. They were shrink wrapped, so I figured everything was there. I was wrong, got ready to do the job ordered 510 foot. Gutters only had three so the job got half done, in despicable, I do not do work that way. Call Home Depot told them about it. They said they had them in stock so drove from Cherokee Village Arkansas all the way back to Batesville to get the gutters, wrong again. They did not have them so they ended up refunding me for 210 foot gutters now I have to drive to Mountainhome to get these gutters to finish this project. I am not happy with Batesville Home Depot.

I had paint mixed at the Batesville, AR Home Depot and found everything I needed thanks to the help of associate Michelle S. She also noticed the old blind I had in the card and anticipated that I needed help with that before I even had to ask! She was so knowledgeable about all the possibilities that I could choose from and took the time to really listen about what I wanted. You have a definite leader who knows how to relate to the customer’s needs. Since I own stock in the company, I’m pleased to see my investment growing because of employees such as Michelle S. A+ for her!

Cierra did a great job helping my husband and I order a new washing machine. She was very personable and friendly!

Went to store to purchase a new toilet only. Young man asked if he could help us and he went way above and beyond, Employee even opened the box to make sure there was no damage. He then went and got a cart, delivered out to my truck and helped me load it. This young man could not have been more pleasant and helpful. It was a true pleasure to be treated by an employee that actually cared. Thank you sir and I apologize I didn't get his name.

My last visit was typical of most. No acknowledging or even eye contact from employees especially the one that was working in the area that I was looking in. It’s frustrating to have to seek out someone to help but there was an employee less than five feet from me the whole time I was there.

The customer service with my purchase was outstanding. I appreciate her effort to make my purchase correct. And met my needs.

Very disappointed in Home Depot in that they do not give Veterans discount anymore on appliances or lumber.

I wish the store was larger, with a larger choice of products.

A washing machine was supposed to be delivered today, it was supposed to be here between 12:00 -4:00 they caked 2 his early, then left. We've waited since Thursday for this, don't need the complete incompetence.

My wife and I will never order flooring from this store again. Errors were made in each step of the process: measuring, ordering, financing, and install. The store manager has been unwilling to speak with us or even offer a discount for the weeks of trouble, dozens of phone calls, and the currently unfinished job. If you order from here I highly recommend you have plenty of free time to handle the fallout.

Have found employees to be much friendlier than other Home Depot Stores I have been too.
